I love this stroller. I had one 10 years ago with my first child and I think it was better made back then. This one is still the best small stroller! The only problem I have is when I try to open it up it sticks a little and the bottom leg rest is facing up and I have to put it back down. I still think it is a great stroller.

I spent a lot of time picking out this stroller and I was really happy with it when my baby came in January. It is compact, easy to push, fully reclines (although sometimes it is hard to recline, it gets jammed on one side and has to be fiddled with.)

Unfortunately I have had a lot of trouble with it since it got hot. I was keeping the stroller in my car since our house is really small and hey, we usually needed it when we were out so it was convenient. The edge of the canopy became warped (I assume from the heat) and the canopy became useless. Chicco kindly sent me a new one which I did not intend to leave in the car, but I forgot it one afternoon and by the next day it was ALREADY WARPED. This is a major design flaw because they have chosen a cheap plastic piece to shape the canopy. If I had a time machine I would buy a different stroller.

My 6 month old son is 25 lbs and I can also see what people mean about the harness. We already have it loosened all the way up and I very much doubt it fits him to 40 lbs.

Our first experience with this stroller was overseas. My mother was complaining about having to haul a full size stroller up and down 2 flights of stairs. So we looked around for a more compact one and decided on the chicco liteway. BEST STROLLER EVER. Very sturdy, light weight yet doesn't feel like it is missing any of the features of a full size stroller. The biggest draw and deciding factor on purchasing this one was the fact that it fully reclines. My baby girl is less than a year old, so she regularly naps on her stroller, hence we really needed the full recline. The front wheels lock so you can maneuver in rougher terrain and unlock for easier ones. When in the unlock position you can for sure turn in with one hand. Folding/unfolding is also a breeze, and it has a little latch that locks it when folded, so you can carry it w/o worrying it may open on you. The storage underneath is on the small side, but you kind of expect that for a compact stroller. Absolutely love it...in the usa we had a different umbrella stroller that we got as a gift from our baby registry. Once we were exposed to the chicco liteway, we returned the other one and got a liteway for here as well.

I Love that it is lightweight. It folds and unfolds super easy! The many recline positions are wonderful. It drives well in pretty much any terrain. I didn't like that the red color I wanted it in was $20.00 more expensive. I find the sunshade very flimsy. I have not been able to get the stroller to "lock" closed when I shut it, no matter what I try. The "footrest" is annoying, everytime I unfold the stroller the 2 sides of the footrest always need to be re-adjusted and they are so short that I don't know what purpose they even serve. The bag/basket underneath is a nice idea, but a larger basket would be more useful. The fact that it only has a snap on cupholder isn't very useful either. It says that it will hold a child up to like 40 pounds, yet my 8 month old is almost at the top of the height (and he's short for his age) adjustment and it's sewn so you can't adjust it any higher.

Have the more expensive Chicco that goes with my Keyfit30 carseat. We decided to get a more compact stroller for trips, and I've ended up using this stroller as my main stroller- I love it that much. Manuvers like the big stroller, and plenty of storage on the bottom. Love the handles for dog walks - makes everything easier and it's easier for me to see the baby through the mesh window on top. Well worth the extra to get the Chicco lightway.

I love how easy this was to assemble and how easy it is to lower or lift the back rest. I had the lower model C6 until it broke, so I upgraded to the liteway. I love the cup holder and the handles, and the wheelbase is more comfortable too. The storage basket is bigger and it can detach as a backpack, although I haven't used it for that yet. I do wish it was as light as the C6, but it's not as heavy as my jogger, so all in all, I'm happy.

Before I begin - This is NOT a problem with Babies R Us. I love the selection and staff at BRU, they have always been wonderful.

Now, on to the review of this useless stroller & the greedy company that put their name on it but won't stand behind it---

If you are buying this stroller to transport a "cylinder" then you should be fine, but if you are purchasing it for a child to sit in, forget it – if your child is larger than 20 pounds, they will not fit in this stroller.

When I contacted the company, they gave me the run-around, had me email pictures, email again & again, call and call again. Then they repeat the same line over and over about safety standards and the cylinders they use to test them. They do absolutely NOTHING to help you. They know this is a problem for a large population of consumers but continue to pop out this design in various colors. Greed!

They refuse to address the issue that so many people are having...... FALSE ADVERTISING. All literature says it is made for CHILDREN up to 40 pounds but then the company will tell you that the stroller is made to hold a "CYLINDER" up to 40 pounds and "may afford some users a non-user friendly/comfortable position." Let me translate – that means your child, if they fit, will be very uncomfortable & may cry in pain the entire time you have them in the stroller.

I asked for a supervisor and was told by the supervisor that it is too bad that I spent over a $100 for a product that is totally useless to me. She said that the company would do nothing to fix the problem & that she did not think that I'd be able to return it to the store. They don't care that I purchased this product based on the product description that says it is for children up to 40 pounds (from Chicco's website). They don't care because they have my money. They delayed long enough that I am now going to have problems returning the stroller (all the emails and calls – are they intention delays so that you are stuck with it?).

It is sad that a company would ruin their reputation and treat customers this way just to sell a few more strollers. I will never purchase another Chicco product.

I absolutely LOVE this stroller! My son is 4 now & weighs about 40 lbs, he walks everywhere we go but I still need a stroller for all of our Six Flags & Disneyland trips. This is so perfect for everything & everywhere! I wish I would've found this stroller sooner!!

Perfect combination of umbrella and full feature stroller. Easy to maneuver, open and close. Sturdy but lite weight. Just love it!
