        We start using this the moment our little ones have a stuffy nose. I love that you can't over use this because it is just saline. They don't mind the mist, it is much more gentile then the drops. It clears out their nose and allows them to breathe. I use this until I see the mucous run clear. It makes cold season much more bearable.
