Have fun on the go with the Police Take Along Station. The police station comes with a garage, cell and breakaway window. Also includes three figures, police motorcycle, and many police accessories that all fit in the take along case.

Once upon a time in 1876, there was a locksmith named Andreas Brandstatter. Mr. Brandstatter planted a magical seed that would eventually blossom into Playmobil by founding an eponymous lock and metal fitting company in Furth, Germany. By the 1930s, Playmobil's pretend play had again been redefined; manufacturing telephones, cash registers, and various items for toy shops using sheet metal. At the beginning of the 1950s, Horst Brandstatter, the Playmobil's current owner, came on board and started a new era in the company history. He updated Playmobil pretend play products, searched out new markets and focused production on his favorite material, plastic. In 1958, the hula hoop craze gripped the world, and Horst Brandstatter was determined to perfect the pretend play toy that would inspire further exploration. Realizing that the technique, using air pressure, hot plastic hoses, and shape molds, could also produce basically any shape (in addition to the traditional bottles and hoops), Mr. Brandstatter created the first prototype Playmobil pretend play item, a closed racing car manufactured in a single production step. From that point on, the company expanded rapidly with products in toys. Playmobil was introduced at the 1974 International Toy Fair in Nuremberg and by using an innovative marketing strategy, parents and children responded uniformly with fascination and enthusiasm, to Playmobil.

My 3 year old just received this as a birthday gift. He loves it! I love that it comes with 3 guys. It does not have a ton of little pieces but that is why I bought this one. I also like that it is a "take along" and it can be closed up with the pieces inside.
We may have to purchase the police vehicle...

My 6 yr old son recieved for his birthday and loves it. It's great quality with lots of fun features (though tiny details could easily get lost.) Not real convenient to fold and store so we just leave it assembled.

My 6 year old son received this for a Christmas gift and absolutely loves it! It has so many details. It has a garage for the motorcycle, a helicopter pad for his firefighter helicopter, and space under the helicopter pad to use as a garage for his police car. It can be portable, but I would not suggest doing that too often since the pieces on the roof have to be removed each time. Overall, I like this better than the bigger police station for its overall value.

I got this for my son and he loves it.He spends hours in his playroom playing with his toys and this is one of his favorites.I was really suprised how great they did on this take along set.It has some pretty cool stuff.I would buy the big police station for Christmas or a birthday but just for a gift this is great!
