Upon opening this guitar we attempted to tune it a string broke. After Christmas we tried to tune it again and another string broke. The strings we did get tuned sound fine, but we have replaced the broken strings with better brand of strings and can hear a clearer sound from those strings. I plan to replace all the strings with the higher quality strings.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to bring out the item I had ordered on-line; I finally had to leave without my purchase as I had to get back to work. I then had to come back after work and wait another 20 minutes for someone to bring me my item. Would never order on line with your again. You need to hire more employees at this time of year.

Wow, my wife bought three of these for our kids for Christmas…These guys really need to go back to the drawing board. I have been playing guitar for over 20 years, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, and then I saw these. I fully understand the need for a kid's guitar to be inexpensive and lack certain qualities, but this is ridiculous. I could have put strings on a cardboard cutout and had better intonation. No one would ever be able to learn on this. I am not going to rant for pages here, though I could. But, if they are trying to influence children to get into music they are certainly going about it all wrong. Give these kids a product that will hold their interest by being able to be tuned, and actually play the note being fretted, not a half step off. Horrible.

If I could have given this a rating of zero stars I would still feel it was over rated!
