I bought this as a X-MAS gift for my daughter and am totally appalled at how horrible this product was. The color-changing hair extensions fell completly apart upon opening the package and the straigtening iron broke in half within a week. Very cheaply made, basically paid big bucks for a stuffed animal. This product should be taken from the shelves.

My 4 year-old-daughter used her allowance to purchase this toy and was in tears an hour later when the "make-up" and "nail polish" did not work. in my opinion this was a WASTE of time and money!

I read the directions and froze the nail polish and flat iron. My daughter anxiously awaited for the items to be ready only to find out they don't work. She is super disappointed! We've had other toys that require ice cold water (which is really annoying) to change colors and at least they worked. If I can return this, I will; if not, I guess we are stuck with a very expensive stuffed puppy that has the Barbie label slapped on it.

I was excited about this gift for my 2 year old granddaughter's birthday. She loved it. She luckily didn't understand how the hair extensions or the nails and eye make up were supposed to work because IT DIDN'T!!! And the hair fell out of the clip just from falling off my dresser. We hadn't even given it to her. Very cheap!!! But she loved that the blowdryer worked and she could style the pups hair. Great for a 2 year old if you take away all the small parts like the hair clips and the extensions. I also got her a vanity of her own so she thought it was the greatest thing ever.

Right now I am so fed up with overpriced low quality toys being placed on the market by these big companies. Are there any good toys these days?I just had to leave a bad review for Fast lane's Max Spinner and now this. My daughter's auntie gave her this 'thing' for Christmas.Basically, you are paying [$] for a stuffed toy because that' all that it is. As EVERYONE mentioned in previous reviews, the color on the nails and eye shadow DOES NOT change with ice or cold water. I tried both. People who said it changed with ice are the lucky few. This is blatant misrepresentation and fraud if you ask me. They marketed the toy as a salon with various magical components( the flat iron and the applicator)but in fact, all this is an overpriced stuff toy with a brush and some stupid clips. This is a piece of junk that is not worth your money.

IT CALLS FOR COLD WATER TO GET THE NAILS AND HAIR AND EYESHADOW TO CHANGE COLOR.WE LET THE WATER RUN AND IT NEVER CHANGEC COLORS! wE TRIED ICE CUBE AND GOT IT IO SLIGHTLY CHANGE BUT THEN IT CHANGED RIGHT BACK! WHO WANTS TO PLAY WITH AN ICE CUBE?!

The pictures shows the eye lids and toe nails change when you stroke them with the wand. Completely false. We have followed the directions of adding water and putting it in the freezer to chill. Tried several times and it still doesn't work. This toy should NOT cost as much as it does.

the stuffed dog is cute. the color changing hair was pulled from the clips the first day. the nails only changed color for a minute after excessive rubbing. my girls 4 and 5 never played with it after the first day.

i got this toy for my 4 year old she LOVES it. but a lot of money for a stuffed animal and some accessories!!!!!!!!
