Very easy to assemble, does come with pictures just in case. My husband and i DONT like all the pastels and typical blue & green they have out for baby boy decor. We really wanted to go with the Nightmare before Christmas theme, but had little to no luck on decor, so we decided on Cat in the Hat and we are completely satisfied. Black, red and white totally stand out, and are pretty neutral. the other accessories like the receiving blankets do come in blue, green and red in case we ever wanted to add more color or change out the sheets for something more solid instead of the design shown on the Mobile. I def would have rated it five stars if would have fit on the head side of the crib- thank God it did fit the side of the crib... i have a standard Graco convertible crib in a dark mocha and IT LOOKS AMAZING...

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love this mobile and it was the perfect match for the bedding I bought for my little boy. In the picture the crib it's attached to is square but the part you attach the mobile to on my son's crib is curved into an arch and the mobile still fits perfectly. Overall this mobile is wonderful and the colors are very bright and entertaining.
