I received the whole bed set as a baby shower gift. I love the colors and the way everything looks in the nursery. I was excited when I got the mobile and thought it just completed the whole look. Unfortunately after only a couple of months of using it, it broke. Now don't get me wrong, we didn't even need to use it every night as the little guy was still getting used to his vision (He is now four months old). One day it just stopped winding. We took it apart to see if we could fix it and unfortunately it was the actual musical box inside that stopped working. It's a cute mobile, but not worth the price if it breaks after a couple of months.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I love the snickerdoodle theme, but unfortunately this will NOT fit on a convertible crib. It's also easy to assemble, but very hard to disassemble.

Looks cheap

For [$] I was expecting something much nicer. The crib sheet set is beautiful, but this mobile is not. The giraffes are cute, but they look like they are are being hung by the neck. The sound is aweful and a bit distorted. It was pretty easy to put together, but taking it apart to return was very difficult. I am not keeping this item.
