Picked these as my first prenatal vitamins but the DHA tablets made me so ill. I had to switch to the vitafusion prenatals to keep them down.

I have been using this brand for years and changed to the prenatal ones as soon as I got pregnant, and I love them. An important thing to remember is to eat a full meal before you take it because of the extra iron, it can upset your stomach. Your best bet to avoid getting sick is to take it in the middle of the day when your morning sickness (if you have it) has subsided a bit, and you have plenty of food in you.

I bought these because they had the DHA and the prenatal vitamins in one pack. They are reasonably priced but you have to be careful when you take them. I have had to take them right before eating my largest meal or i lose my stomach. I'm nearly 3 months with barely any morning sickness except when I took these on a stomach that wasn't full.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
