I breastfed my first two children using a Boppy _ worked great. But trying to nurse twins in tandem (critical for getting any sleep at night) was not working well. I am now able to more comfortably nurse my twins in tandem, and even be hands free. The babies seem comfortable. The pillow is gigantic and rather cumbersome and at first I wasn't sure I would keep it. But once I got used to it - I decided I don't want to be without it for the next year. A nursing pillow designed for moms of twins is essential!

I used the boppy pillow until I went to the lactation consultant. She introduced met to my Breast Friend Pillow. It is so much more comfortable than the boppy and also has little bumps in the pillow for the babies head to nurse! Its a gem!

I just could not use this. I tried desperately. My twins had a difficult time nursing anyway, and with this pillow I could not get the second baby positioned without the first nearly falling off. I'm a small person and it just felt cumbersome.

Just use pillows or a boppy.

This pillow is worth every penny. I recently had twins and had researched this pillow before they were born and decided I didn't actually need it. Ha. After about a week and a half trying to get two babies latched on at the same time while struggling to place two Boppies and various pillows and what-not, I broke down and ordered it.
The pillow itself is quite large, but great quality; it's firm with a soft, machine washable cover and adjustable straps. It is SO EASY to tandem nurse my twins with this pillow. I literally would not be able to successfully breastfeed without it. Highly recommended for twin moms!

We bought the twin pillow very early on to facilitate dual feeding and let me tell you this has gotten it's money use ten fold. Not only did mommy use it to dual feed, but I was able to use it also to give them bottles when mommy needed a break. This is by far the one thing that every twin parents MUST have, every little bit of time you can save makes a huge difference and this did the job every feeding. Our girls are 14 months now and we still use it sometimes for the nighttime bottles and with all that use it still looks brand new.

Easy to use and pretty easy to clean. The "platform" makes it easy to burp one baby while the other is nursing. A little tricky early on when they're not latching so well but after a while it can be used solo. For now (the twins are 2 weeks old) I only use it when I have someone nearby to help.

I was frustrated being a first time mom trying to breast feed. The boppy pillow didnt support my baby enough I had to wedge other pillows under his head. I didnt buy the brest friend at first because the boppy was cheaper. But after the first month of having to use several pillows and the boppy I thought I would try it out and I loved it. I could get him in the right position every time. My husband even used it to hold him as well. If you plan on breast feeding this pillow is a must!!! I might have quit if it wasnt for this pillow! Now that my son is 7 months old I no longer use it because he is so big I dont need a pillow. :)

It it comfortable for you and the babies< Very Soft< saves your back< frees up your hands and it kind of feels like you are having a little break from holding them. The babies are relaxed and will even stare and smile at each other. A must buy and worth every penny!!

I used the regular My Brest Friend with my daughter, and I loved it. I got this one for my twins, and it has been a lifesaver! I'm able to get them both latched on by myself. It's kind of bulky, but it's less bulky than having two bed pillows next to you.
