It is a very nice looking product but is not worth the money. If something happens to the finish after the 1 year warranty Baby Cache does not stand by their product. They well not replace or fix any problems. Find a different crib/dresser throuh a different manufacture.

The quality doesn't match the price. There are a lot of imperfections in the paint. I suggest buying a play pen instead. I have put my daughter in her play pen since she was born that way she can be beside my bed. Babies wake up at all hours of the night with her close I can hear her and keep an eye on her, no baby monitor needed. The sides of the play pen are not wood therefore she can not hit her head on it and there are no gaps in the rails for her to get caught in. I also purchased the matching dresser the paint quality is poor on that as well. If you have your heart set on a crib then I would buy one that isn't as pricey. Price doesn't mean quality anymore. This was the most expensive crib they had at the time I purchased it.

We bought this crib when I was pregnant with our 1st daughter. She has now been using the crib for a year and a half and it looks as good as the day we got it. it has withstood teething & being hit with toys among other baby/toddler testing. We love the look and durability of this crib so much that we're purchasing the identical white crib for our second daughter that is due in a few months. The crib is solid and heavy and feels like a legitimate piece of nice furniture, not flimsy particle board like some of the other cribs we looked at.

I love this collection! I'm glad my husband and I bought this crib along with the dresser and armoire. I read all the reviews before ordering since its a pricier collection. I read a lot of people had problems with the paint and the crib was splitting apart. I had no problems at all but my armoire had some scratches on it but babies r us ended up taking 10% off. The only downfall is dealing with babies r us. It took several trips to their store that is 20 minutes away to try and purchase this. I was on their waiting list. Babies r us called me on a Monday night around 8. They closed in a hour so I knew I didn't have time to run to the store and the lady on the phone said I couldn't order it over the phone- later to find out that I could have ordered it over the phone. Well I made my way to babies r us the very next day. I was there before noon and the crib already sold out. :( so I had to be put on the waiting list yet again. It took 3 times to finally get my crib ordered. The dresser stays in stock I've noticed and the armoire was a special order so I had no problems with them. On the other hand the crib is very popular so if you see it in stock order it right away!!! No joke!!!

At first this crib seems just right- after your child starts growing and you lower the mattress, you'll realize how difficult it is to put down your baby (whether hes fussy when putting him down or not). It gets worse if you get pregnant again and your belly is now also in the way. Maybe im just too short (5"4) but do me a favor and test it in person and compare it to other cribs.

I was a little concerned about ordering this crib because of the reviews but it is beautiful! We picked it up from the store ourselves and it had no damage whatsoever. The same goes for the dresser. We also ordered a nightstand and bed rails - They were on backorder so we have not received them yet but assume that they will be excellent quality as well!

I ordered the cache heritage furniture for my daughter and her husband. The dressers came first and much to my surprise the company that they use to deliver the furniture refused to bring it upstairs to the baby's room instead dumping it in their foyer making it almost impossible to get in and out of their house until my son in law could recruit help to bring it up. Secondly the crib arrived and it was damaged. Still waiting for the replacement.
