I haven't had the baby yet, so I can't comment on that much right now, but it was an ease to put together, the instructions were great! It doesn't take up a whole lot of space, which is great, we have a smaller bedroom. I am very excited to be able to use it in about a week! :) Great purchase so far!

The bassinet is beautiful. The problem is it was shipped without hardware. This ended up being quite a night mare as Babies R Us would not send the hardware to my son and his wife. I paid for shipping all of the bassinet not part of it. They had to drive over an hour away to get the hardware. Very upset and disappointed in Babies R Us for this. Will likely not make another purchase like this from them. I know Babies R Us didn't package it, but they should have made it right at no expense to me or my son. Gas isn't cheap and neither is time.

Putting the bassinet together was a bit of a struggle. The directions are a bit confusing when screwing things in and hard to get it all together tightly. I'm due next month so haven't tried out the product yet but from the looks of it I will need to add some cushion inside of the bassinet so the baby can be comfortable. Other then that it's easy to roll around and the vibrating and music features are adjustable and I like that it has a nightlight as well. The lil baskets on the bottom are cute but small...mainly useful for pampers and wipes.

I just received this for my latest edition and I LOVE it. Lightweight, has wheels for easy mobility if I need to go to another room and want my baby with me and also has two adequate-sized storage boxes underneath, perfect for late-night diaper changes and for stashing extra blankets and pacifiers. A++

I was 35 weeks pregnant when I installed this product. It wasn't hard at all.. Instructions were clear and easy. My husband had to help me very minimally on the last few steps but it took us 30-45 minutes tops to put it together.. Very cute item... Excited for my lil one to use it..

I put this bassinet together myself at eight months pregnant and it wasn't that hard - don't let the other review fool you. For the price, I don't feel like I can really complain. The size is good, the mattress is fine given that babies are supposed to sleep on very firm surfaces, and I feel the baskets are going to come in very handy. I wouldn't say this is the most spectacular bassinet on the market, but it will serve its purpose.

My only complaint is that the light and vibration do not work (the music, which sounds like wind chimes, is fine). Now that I have put it together, I don't really want to take it apart to return it, and I don't want to pay more shipping for a return anyway. So if you buy this, buy it in-store instead of online, and test the little music box thing before you assemble to make sure it works.

Loved everything about this bassinet. The canopy was nice, not colorful enough but we hung our own toys from it which worked just fine. The baskets below were perfect for keeping extra diapers, burp cloths, etc. Nice that it was on wheels so that we could move it to wherever we needed to. The vibration option was great for our colicky little girl but timed out too quickly. Would definitely buy this product again.

I also find it odd that others are saying how difficult it was to put together. My husband is not a genius and had it done in less than 15 mins. I agree that the mattress is flimsy but seems that that issue could be easily modified by adding an additional piece of padding from the fabric store. Also, keep in mind newborns especially, need a firm sleeping surface. Since this is my first and only baby and do not plan to have any more children, I think for the price, this product is perfect. And even if you plan to use it for more than one baby, since they only use it for a short period of time, I think it's adequate.

I was disturbed to read that people had a hard time putting this together lol. I put it to gether in less than 10 minutes. My daughter loved it! Good product for the money!
