I use this carrier daily for at least two hours at a time and find it very comfortable. It's great to be able to keep my infant close while chasing my toddler around the house and yard.I also love all the carry options. Originally I had ordered the support carrier but this is the carrier I received in the support box, however I'm happy that mistake was made because I like that I can carry my baby facing out.

I use this product to carry my baby around the house an out and about but I found that it is useless because I cannot wear it for longer than 10 minutes. The bottom back strap is pointless and does not take the strain off my back. My back and shoulders are killing me just after a short period of time and my baby is only 14 pounds. I was very disappointed in the product.

I bought this after a previous carrier ripped and because it is budget friendly. This is a decent carrier for short periods or perhaps a little longer with smaller babies. I have a larger baby and it tends to kill my back and is really bad the next day. I'm going to purchase the Mei Tai in hopes for less back strain.

I have used this product in the facing-in position from the time my daughter was about 2-3 weeks old, and I still use it in the facing-out position at almost a year old. I have been very pleased with the carrier. I thought it was very comfortable. To demonstrate how comfortable, let me give a few examples of when I wore it. I wore it for hours at a time when my daughter was almost a month old, because she would only sleep while being held during the day. It left my hands free to get some work done. I also walked 1 1/2 miles on trails in the heat of summer with her strapped on. I did get hot and sweaty, but it's summer in North Carolina. My daughter was so comfortable she fell asleep. More recently, at 9 months and about 18 pounds, I carried her around for over an hour at work, performing tasks such as attaching items and getting up and down from the floor. The one down side is the waist strap does hit me a little high, with no way to make it lower, but that hasn't seemed to affect comfort. One hint-I have found that if I keep the waist strap very snug around my waist, it provides more support. Also, I generally put my daughter in without help, easily. My husband, who is very thin, has also used it for trail walking and also finds it very comfortable.

Its an ok carrier but it could be much better. Its very uncomfortable and the waist support is no help at all. My son isnt comfortable at all in it and we only use it for short trips to stores when we arent going to be long or the stroller wont fit and shopping carts arent avalable. My son pulls the bib right off, even when he was facing me he pulled it off. My husband likes it but I never use it because of how much my back hurts after just 15 minuets. I plan to get a wrap carrier soon so I can go back to carrying him. I recomend you go to a baby store and try it on along with other styles and brands before you buy it. I wish i had because I never would have spent the money had I known how uncomfortable it was.

ME AN DMY HUSBAND TOOK PUR SON TO THE CIRCUS AND IT WAS GREAT!! HE HAD A CHANCE TO SEE EVERYTHING AND THE PRODUXCT WAS SO LIGHTWEIGHT IT DIDN;T FEEL LIKE I WAS CARYING HIM!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO EVERYONE!!!!

This carrier is good for the first 3 months. We never used it after that because I could only wear it for 30 min until my back got so sore. You carry all the wait on your shoulders and back with this carrier. The price is right, but you get what you pay for. I purchased an ergo so I can actually carry my son without a back ache and I can use it until he reaches 45 lbs!!

The "lumbar" support on this pack does not attach to the shoulder straps, it simply goes are the waist and hooks and through a loop on the bottom of the front of the pack. It therefore does not bare ANY of the weight of the baby leaving all the weight on your shoulders and neck. I used it for the first time yesterday for 30 mins and I can barely move my neck today. Definitely returning this one and trying something else.

This carrier is good for my baby but not so good for me! My neck hurts after about 15 minutes of carrying. I am buying an ergo instead.
