                    Got this for my relatively small almost 3 year old, fit perfectly, she wore it all week on vacation while bike riding (well, sitting in the baby seat) behind Daddy. A toddler size helmet would have NEVER fit....Bell says for infant - 4 years and I agree. Really cute design too.
