Used for 4 yo twin boys as microphone amp. They love it. Sound is ok. Only downside is it is expensive compared to other sites.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Comments about First Act 1001245 First Act Guitar Amplifier - Black:

      I've been playing guitar for over 30 years and Have had the best in equipment. This product is not for an experienced guitarist but is designed for a beginner (kid). It is not too loud to destroy eardrums. It has a suprisingly good sound for being a toy. I was actually quite impressed. At low volume, the distortion is not bad but you can turn it up and have pure distortion just like a rock star. It perfectly meets what the child would want and not run the parents out of the house at the same time.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
