        Chair looks nice and is comfortable, but there was a rip in the fabric when it was received. Have been attempting to get compensated for this and the horrible service provided by the delivery company but continue to get "auto" responses from the store about returning items. Don't waste your time or money on this chair or this store.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          The chair is really comfortable, with plenty of lower back support. The fabric is so so so soft, but seems pretty substantial, like it will hold up well. The cream color is perfect for a neutral nursery, the glider motion is nice, and reclining is comfortable too. Couldn't be happier with purchase. HOWEVER, shipping was a giant pain, Estes delivered our chair finally, after a canceled appointment, can only give you a 4 hour window of delivery time, and will call ahead, but only gives you 15 minutes to get home. They will only deliver the chair to the front door or to your garage, so if you are 9 months pregnant, like me, you find it very irritating. I didn't even need to be home if you can't deliver it INSIDE the house.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

              We purchased this product to use as a glider while our child is a newborn through toddler, then, because its look is so versatile, move it into our living room. It was a lifesaver over the past couple weeks for my wife. She was able to sleep in the chair through the whole night in comfort, while healing from an addominal strain (and unable to lay on her side). I can see how the material on the armrest could possibly show wear after extended use; however, WE LOVE THE CHAIR!

              Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
