I really don't understand the negative reviews. I've tried ALL the other major brands (and store brands too) and these are the only ones that work for me. The others stuck to my nipples which were already sore and stuck out of my bra.
These have been great. Not only are the incredibly absorbent, but they don't show through shirts or bras (and I've been wearing a thin sleeping nursing bra lately)and they don't stick out of the top of the bra like every other brand. They're comfortable, even for the most sore, cracked nipples. I tried other brands and have used those in a pinch (I can't find Ameda in any other store), but these are definitely the best. (I would just buy the 50 count)

Absorbant but certainly not no-show. Very bulky and shift in my bra alot. They also make my nipples itcy from all the bulkyness. I wanted to try a new brand just to weigh out my options and these are a no go.

This looked like it would be a good idea in theory however it was not. They are so bulky that they couldn't be no-show. They do absorb, but they move around so much that you will probably get frequent leaks whether your breastfeed or pump.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I wanted to try a different brand of disposable breast pad. This one is a little too bulky to be classified as no-show. It is definitely visible through any clothes that are remotely fitted. The lack of adhesive strips might be okay if you weren't breastfeeding frequently, but it is hard to get the pads back in place when you are trying to breastfeed discretely.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

These pads are absorbant enough, but are *constantly* shifting and "migrating" out of my bra! "No show," Really? I've already worn them in my bra with a V-neck shirt and had them STICK OUT OF THE SHIRT - pretty embarassing, if you ask me!
