Unfortunately, the wind-up mechanism that propelled the robot stopped working within a few days. You can turn the key, but it catches nothing. Upsetting for my son who had asked for a robot from Santa for Christmas. It was not played with inappropriately and we are, therefore, disappointed as well.

I probably should have read the description better. It rolls on stationary legs and makes no noise. The description begins with beep, boop, beep, which is a bit misleading.

That said, it seemed to be well made. Just a lot more simple than I wanted.

I gave this to my son for Christmas today and we wound it up to give it a try. It glided about two times then the third time we wound it up it stopped working. Its a tinkering toy more or less, but too much clunker in the tinker. Too bad, its really cute, but it does not work.
