After birth, the hospital gave us the Enfamil "Premiun Lipil"(yellow) Sophia ate it just fine, but I found her puking after almost every feeding- no matter if we burped her multiple times or sat her up for 30+ min after feedings. Once we got home, I had bought a container of this NB version for when we got home. Once I switched, the problem was solved! She is able to eat and keep it down. She's right on track with weight gain, and Dr's Say shes doing just fine :) The formula is easy to mix- no problems with clumping. As a first time mom to other mommy-to be's out there that are trying to choose a formula, CHOOSE THIS ONE!!!

We think we like this formula but it is difficult to tell. Our newborn came home from the hospital on this and wasn't having any difficulty. Once we ran out of the pre-mixed that the hospital sent us home with, we switched to the powder and our baby immediately became constipated. Our doctor said there shouldn't be a difference but as soon as we switched back to the pre-mix (Gentlease) he was fine. The problem is that on the Gentlease he is spitting up more and appears to have more gas issues so we want to switch him back to the Newborn but it only comes in the 2 oz nursettes as pre-mixed. They are difficult to find and are costly. At just over 1 month old he is consuming at least 4 oz per feeding. For a formula marketed to be 0-3 months, I would expect there to be another option?

      At first I was using this along with breast feeding. Once I had an issue of not being able to produce enough milk, I had no choice but to go to formula only. My daughter loves it! The smell isn't so bad, and it doesn't stain her clothes. She's able to keep it down & has normal wet & stool diapers.
      At first this was hard to find in stores but we used the website to order & found retailers in the area when we forgot to place an order by using the link on the website.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          I like this formula, it is what they gave us at the hospital and what we used after we went home. I like the fact that it already has the Vitamin D in it and that no drops need to be added. We have now switched to the infant version and are adding the drops.

                    When I 1st heard that my wife failed to go through breastfeeding due to a medicine she took and unavailability of milk in her breast i was shocked and realized that my baby will be caught with several disease. But her doctor inform us to follow up and provide Enfamil consistently starting from hospital and it seems that I am dreaming now and couldn't saw and will never see even in the future such an active fully healthy and smiley baby which tries to speak just at the age of 2 1/2 months only. I am amazed and will always would like to thank Enfamil for making my family complete. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

                      I started out nursing my son in the hospital but because of latching issues switched to expressing and supplimenting with the enfamil. He had no issues with it and went back and forth easily. Shortly after his birth I was readmitted to the hospital and put on antibotics that transferred to the milk so no nursing/expressing for 2 and a half weeks. Thank goodness he had been introduced to enfamil so early, even as a suppliment, it has made this situation easier on both of us. I would recommend supplimenting with enfamil, even just a couple of times a week, to everyone in case (heaven forbid) you end up in a similar situation.

                      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                        my baby was trying Similac everyone recommended it but i noticed she was very constipated. I got a free can sample right on time. I gave it to her and she took it perfectly. She hasnt been constipated since.

                        I breastfed my baby for the first month. I was never sleeping so I decided to add formula to her diet. The hospital gave us Gerber but every time I tried to feed her that she spit it up. All of it. I got a free sample of this in the mail and decided to try it. This formula stays down and lets her rest well. My other two children are 8 and 10, I wish this had been around when I had them too!
