We've had this product and the ninja version for a LONG time now. Pretty much since it first came out. We have not had any problems at all with it. Yes, the inside is made out of cardboard, BUT it is thick sturdy cardboard and decorated cute. We haven't had any problems with zippers or opening or closing it. My boys are now 9 and 7 and are not easy on their toys. These cases still look like new and have held up probably better than most of their toys. Not only do they hold the Zhu Zhu but it also holds the battle gear, which is nice to keep the battle gear with the correct Zhu Zhu. My kids still love these cases and their Zhu Zhus. No complaint at all here. I'm just glad to find a case made so well, that holds up. we've had alot of cases from a lot of brands that hold different things....these are the only ones that have not in anyway broke, cracked, ripped,or anything. It's well made

Ordered the Zhu Zhu pet case for my 3 yr old grandsons birthday. The 5 year old decided he liked it and took it to bed with him. I ended up ordering a 2nd one so they both had one. It is a really sturdy case for the pets. The only drawback is the zipper is a bit tough for the little guy to open his. Great baq to keep the pets in though!

This product is for if you go on vacations and bring your zhu zhu pets with you. you can decorate the rooms on this zhu zhu pet carrying case and you can zip up the door. ideal for if you have lots of zhu zhu pets.

This product was shipped to my doorstep just a couple of days ago. My 3 1/2 year old son is obsessed with zhu zhu hamsters. I thought this would be a great addition but it was a waste of money. The inside is cardboard! and the zipper gets stuck on the corners where the cardboard sticks out more. The zipper is also very stiff and difficult to navigate. It was bulky and my son become frustrated with the zipper and its heaviness. Do not buy!

My 3 year daughter has over 25 zhu zhu pets that she was carrying around in a storage bin and while browsing for more I came across these nifty little carrying cases. After ordering 2 of them my daughter excitedly loaded one up them up with about 18 zhu zhu pets/dogs and then went to load the other one up and the zipper came right off of the carrying case. Not only was it cheap looking the zippers are hard to manuever for even me. For [$] the manufacturer could have put a little more effort into the product.

Great storage for Zhu Zhu pets. This is the second one purchased for our little girl. She puts her pets away because they have this nice "home" to live in.

It's okay for displaying your zhu zhu pets, but it's not very well made. The zipper handle broke off on the day it was purchased, and we had to put a key chain on it to replace the handle. Also, the compartments are just made of cardboard.

My son was very excited to have this to store his zhu zhu pets. The inside is cheaply made out of cardboard. On the first use, the zipper pull broke off, leaving a sharp piece of plastic which cut my son's finger (fortunately, it was a superficial scrape, but could have been much worse since the zipper pull was quite sharp once broken). We have taken this item back to Toys R Us for a refund and will not be purchasing a replacement.
