I thought the idea behind these were wonderful, a pad that didnt saturate and have to be replaced, sleeping with no bra, swimming.. Theoretically, they stick to the breast inverting the nipple to prevent leakage creating a seal. But I found that milk still leaks and collects, then when removed you get wet unless you have a napkin handy. Wearing them at night offers flexibility to not wear a bra to bed. They are not easy to use in public and you need two hands to properly get them on.Also, I seem to have a reaction to the silicone and they left red welts around my nipple area. I tried using them several different occasions with the same result. Sadly, I would not recommend this product to a friend.

I hate leakage and was tired of using reusable nursing pads. I researched this product online and saw tons of great reviews so I bought it. It didn't stop my leakage, rather allowed it to pool up around my nipple. Emptying the milk that pooled up was pretty tricky, I had to hover over a sink and carefully peel off or it would end up all over my belly and clothes. I prefer disposable nursing pads and will never use this product again.

I was so happy to find this product. I HATE sleeping with a bra on, but while nursing I thought I didn't have that as an option...until I found LilyPadz. These give me the freedom to sleep comfortably and I also wear them during the day because they are more discrete than disposable pads. I have never leaked with these, however, when removing the pad I have had milk release from it; to prevent a mess I just keep a burp cloth handy to catch it (this has only happened a few times with long periods between feedings). I bought the starter kit and an extra set--I wash one pair and wear the other. I am so excited to be comfortable once again!

I used these while nursing my first baby, but continued to wear them afterwards to help when it was... uh... chilly. I have super nipples and they helped hold them down. It is a ridiculous price on the website though, as I can get them fifteen dollars cheaper at my local grocery store.

I had been searching every available reusable breast pads since my first child was born. I tried multiple different cotton pads and fleece pads and all either leaked through by the end of the day or were very visible under clothing, or both. I ordered these hoping to tackle both problems, and it actually worked! These pads won't absorb leaks, but I found with the compression on my nipples I don't leak as much. And they are completely invisible under everything I've worn so far. I don't wear them at night because the one night I tried I went 8 hours between nursing and leaked through them. So now I use overnight to wash them and let them dry and to let my nipples breathe a little with cotton pads.
I was skeptical about spending the money on these but they are completely worth it!

Can wear with or without bra. Stays on great. The kit is the way to go because it comes with cleaner & makes pads last alot longer. This product helps keep your nipples moist & prevents cracking too.

I used this product for when I go for pool physical therapy. It prevents leaks, so when I'm in the pool(which is warm) it keeps me from leaking into the pool.

I LOVE these!! Having done the breastfeeding route before twice these are way better! I love not having to readjust my pads all the time. I found I had leakage problems at first, but it was because I have larger breasts. After contacting the company itself I found out they have a large size also!! They have NEVER leaked. (I wear a 40E) I would recommend getting a back-up pair though cause it makes it a lot easier to clean if your breasts leak a lot. (Get it, one to wear while you wash the dirties) The wipes are a must! You can just use Dawn liquid soap for the regular cleanings, but you need the wipes if you leak a good bit like I do. I love the idea of not having to run to the store all the time to get more pads also. All in all, these are great!!!

I loved using these while I was pregnant to maintain a clean line under my clothes. I've used other petals but they didn't offer as much coverage as these. Even if they lose their stickiness, you can slip them in your bra to achieve the same level of discreetness. They're expensive, but they can last a lot longer than it says on the package. I just wash them in the shower or sink with any mild soap.

I purchased these because I was not happy with other reusable nursing pads. Overall they are a great product. They stick to the breast creating a seal and preventing leaking from the nipples, however if you are engorged they will fill up with milk (slowly) and sometimes the seal breaks. Sometimes however the milk will stay in the cup and before I nurse I simply break the seal slowly and collect the milk in a paper towel.

They are not the most ideal product however it's better then other reuseables. Wearing them at night offers flexibility to not wear a bra to bed. They are not easy to use in public and you need two hands to properly get them on.

You can simply rinse them and let them dry however the wash and wipes are good to have. After a few uses the wipes are necessary to get the tackiness back in the edges especially. I also suggest getting two pairs.
