The only downside is that i dont have the charging station for the leapster explorer so its eating up the batteries and the first one i bought was a dud, i had to return it and get a new one....and it works great. Oh and i think it would make more sense for the camera to click into the top of the leapster instead of the bottom, esp with children being short already. she said it was her fav bday gift. so many great things you can do with the camera...even learning things too with the puzzles. with no flash the pics come out better in more light

I couldn't wait to get these for my girls. I bought them at the store for less than $20 a piece! Overall the camera is as good as it gets for kids and the video works great. My only downside is the storage....they keep telling me that they can't take anymore pictures because they don't have room. They love making videos and i just wish they could have put more storage space on it. But they love to play with it and I'm satisfied with that :)

It was not a camera as the box said, instead it was an adapter for your computer. I bought it on line so I didn't see the box.

I thought I was purchasing a camera/video recorder as advertised for my husbands co-worker's child for their birthday party but instead I received a program to upload in a box. I ordered the product online after I could not locate it in any of the stores and needless to say not only did it arrive later than expected but it wasn't what I wanted. I then tried to return it to my local babies'r'us and the refund was just for the item, so I bascially wasted $6 in shipping for a product I didn't even want.

This is great this camera and video recorder was perfect for my 3 year old. I love taking photos and do a lot of photography, and this makes my daughter happy to be able to be like her mommy. Also great price and quality. User friendly.

It may work fine, I have no idea...I thought it was an actual camera and after having it shipped to my niece in NY for her son, have discovered it is NOT. It is cartridge like piece that plugs into the Leapster making it function like a camera/video recorder. :( The title and picture are VERY VERY deceiving.

My granddaughter loves this camera! It can definitely stand up to hard use, and it's easy to use. She loves taking pictures and using the tools to make funny faces. The camera keeps her busy for long periods and I love that it keeps her engaged and interested in something creative.

My 3 daughters (ages 5,6,8) received these for Christmas. They especially loved creating their own music videos and the fun ways they could edit photos. Love this for the creativity in encourages. It is a fun way to enhance the Leapster Explorer for little more than the price of a cartridge. I wish I would have bought this sooner!!
