It was easy to set up. It did not fit her bed properly so we had to just sit it ontop of her bed. After only two weeks I ha to fix one of the connecters that broke. A week or two later I had to fix another broken connecter. My daughter has allergies, so we didn't really think anything of it. Until it dawned on me that her allergies have been really bad for the last few weeks, the same amount of time that she has had the tent. I took the tent off her bed and that very night her allegies started to clear up. I had taken her to the doctor, and she said those tents collect and trap a lot of dust.

This product was not hard to put together. However, the rods that hold it together constantly fall out and the straps don't fit on the mattress securely. Thus, the product is useless. My daughter was given a different pattern when she was younger and we tried to put it on her toddler bed, which didn't work. So, in order to keep her in her "big girl bed" we bought this one, figuring it would fit well on the new twin mattress we purchased. I couldn't have been more wrong! The manufacturer of this product should get in the correct decade and make a product that is comparable to todays beds. Needless to say, we need to return it and I have a very unhappy 3.5 year old. Don't buy it!

My 3 year old has wanted a bed tent since reading Olivia says good night. So we looked on-line at different tents to find one that she liked. I should have read reviews too. We put it all together to find out that the statement of "fits over most twin beds" may have been geared for the twin mattresses of the 1980's. It didn't fit on the bed, the door didn't close, and the "breathable" material didn't breathe and so it was 90 degrees inside the tent. lesson learned.

My 2.5 year old daughter received this gift for Christmas, and I knew she would love it because she is totally into everything princess. Unfortunately it is very cheaply made and broke when everyone was trying to put it together. I understand it needs to be breathable material but the design is poor and is not made to last the brutal use of toddlers. I have already sewed the string that holds its shape because one side broke and I have taped one of the plastic tubes that goes in the inside of the tent because that also broke the first night. Honestly, my daughter still loves it and sleeps in it every night because she does not know good quality from poor but I would not recommend this product.

The opening of the tent was awkward for the loft bed with ladder and rail. Once constructed, the straps did not fit under the ends of the mattress and the tent was stretched until it is unrecognizable. I wouldn't reccommend this product if the manufacturer offered to pay me.

I wish I would've read all the reviews before purchasing this tent. Like a previous reviewer, great in theory, but impractical in design. The bedstraps do not fit on the bed! Tent does not stay together! I feel bad that I bought this for my child as a Christmas gift and she can't use it because it collapses on her! Sending it to the garbage tonight!

Do not waste your money or time on this bed tent. I purchased this one, and a Cars one for my children. They were broken within 12 hours. The material was fraying immediately & the straps holding the tent onto the bed were not very tight. The piece of tension fabric broke therefore making the tent useless.
I had a bed tent when I was a kid and thought mine would love these. I was so disappointed and upset that I wasted my money.

I actually cannot think of one good thing about this tent. The fabric tore the first time we assembled it, the straps won't hook on the bed and the rods come apart all the time. It's a really terrible product. Don't waste your money.

We bought this as a bed tent for our daughter when our son received a fancier bed tent from his grandparents. Since it had princesses, a "nightlight," and was on sale, this seemed like the perfect choice. She was thrilled with the light and the princess design, but we all became frustrated when we realized there was no way the thing would fit on her bed. Standard twin sheets fit just fine, but we could not make the tent stay on; the flimsy elastics at the corners kept slipping off, and the elastic that holds the bottom edge together snapped, making the whole tent less secure. We ended up having her camp out on her floor for the night (the construction was durable enough for it to stay upright once we tied the side loops together), but the light was burned out by morning.

Save yourself time and aggravation--get a higher quality tent instead. It will be more expensive, but well worth the investment in the long run. Our son's has provided years of enjoyment, while this useless model didn't last through the night.
