This has to be one of the worst lines of cribs I have ever seen. Not only are they flimsy, but a light breeze would scratch these things. Seriously, I accidentally brushed up against this with my purse at the store and caused a HUGE scratch in the finish. It actually caused the fake finish to come off to a hideous yellow color underneath. That did it for me, no thank you. I would highly suggest seeing Solutions cribs in person before making any purchases!!

My parents purchased this crib as a gift for us. Since we looked at and purchased it in-store, we did not read the online reviews as it was really sturdy and beautiful in person. It took a week to come in as the store had to order it. In the meantime, I got curious and looked at it on the BRU site and found multiple reviews about damage so I started to get worried. Once we picked it up, I unpacked what I thought were all the pieces and thought, great, no problems. Well the next day my husband pulled one of the top curved sleigh pieces I had missed out of the bottom and it was badly damaged (the top was split off). The box was not damaged and the whole thing was packed in styofoam, so not sure how it happened. My brothers had come over to help my husband put the crib together so it was a little disappointing. The store was apologetic and ordered the crib to the store again and will replace the part, which I appreciate. However, with multiple reviews all with the same issue I would hope they would do something about this! A trip back to BRU for the part is an hour for us, plus there's the aspect of waiting another week to get the nursery in order. I like the crib a lot but have to say until they fix this overall issue, I would not recommend this to a friend as it would be more hassle than it is worth. I would simply tell them to go to another store which has cribs in stock.

I would love to be able to give a review on how much i love or hate this crib but since it has been a month and i still have yet to recieve it i cant!!! i had it shipped to the store to save money on shipping and was told 7-14 business days and its been 4 weeks. Babiesrus phone people cant even tell me anything about it like how much longer its going to take or where it even is!! because of this i will NEVER buy anything from them again!! very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!

We were really happy with our purchase. This crib is beautiful and fits the nursery perfectly. The only downfall is that the crib chips easily. We already have visible nicks on it.

The crib didn't come with instructions, Delta's website won't load the pdf for it, it's outside of normal business hours so I can't call them.... Very frustrated right now. Other than that it seems like it will be nice when I get it together.

I ordered this crib along with the matching dresser. When we received the crib it was the wrong crib and in white (we ordered cherry). Instead of having to ship the crib back and wait for the correct crib to be shipped, we took the crib back to the store. I called ahead to make sure they had the correct crib in stock. All it took was a simple exchange (took a little longer since they were busy). Once we put the new, correct crib together we were very pleased. There were NO scratches at all on the crib and it turned out beautiful! Love the crib!

This crib is very pretty and sturdy. We ordered it online and got a great price on the crib and shipping. However, when it arrived we had 3 damaged parts. My husband called Delta to ask for replacement parts. It was going to take 8 weeks to get the parts. We of course could not wait that long. So my husband exchanged the crib for another one at the store. The next one had no damaged parts at all. It was very easy to put together and looks great in the nursery. Overall we are happy with the purchase, but it was a pain to have to take it back to the store and exchange it for another one. Be sure to check all the pieces for damages, if you purchase this crib.

The crib was shipped timely from Babies R Us and the box wasn't damaged. We starting putting the crib together and the left leg was damaged. We called Babies R Us and were given the option of returning and shipping a new one or calling the manufacturer for replacement parts. Well, there was no way we could get it back in the box like it came so we called manufacturer for replacement part only to be told it was out of stock until the end of May..After the baby is due. So, we decided to continue putting the crib together and wait for the replacement part only to find 2 other damaged pieces. This is a little ridiculous for the box to have not been damaged, it left the manufacturer this way. Will be calling again Monday!

I put this together in a little over an hour by myself at 6 months pregnant! My husband had a cold so all he did to help was hold the metal mattress support frame. You definitely need two people for that part. One issue with construction is that some of the letter stickers and stickers marking left and right were on the wrong pieces. Meaning, I had to take apart some of the pieces after putting it together because, although it matched perfectly according to the instructions and the letters in the pictures, the actual pieces didn't match the pictures they were supposed to go with and things weren't attaching correctly. So check the stickers and go solely by the pictures in the manual!!

Crib is very solid. My husband accidentally knocked one of the legs against the wall before we had it attached to the crib and it did much more damage to the wall than to the leg! However, as other reviewers said the packaging was pretty horrible and there are quite a few knicks and dents on the crib. Luckily, none of them broke through the finish so you can only tell if you're looking for it. The crib is beautiful and I think looks even better in my house than it does in the store or online.

As for the teething comment from a previous poster. I admit I'm going to be a first time mom so I don't have any experience with this, but practically every mom I've talked to has told me about their crib being obviously chewed on if they didn't use any teething guards. So I don't think that's really any problem with this crib in particular. We're going to buy some teething guards.
