Absolutely love this crib. It's really cute and looks beautiful in the room. It was a little harder to put together- the instructions were a little hard to under stand. We got it half build then had to take it all apart because it was all on backwards.

It's a beautiful covertible crib. Super easy to assemble. Been using it for 11 months now and I couldn't be any happier. The only small inconvenience is that it arrived cracked in one small area...no big deal...it was replaced for free and shipping was fast. Very happy with choice.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because Babies R Us describes a 5 star rating as "it doesn't get any better". I think if you pay more money- like a thousand dollars you'll get a better quality crib. I didn't find in necessary to get something more expensive as this has everything I wanted- good looking, sturdy, convertible...

Purchased this product online and it was damaged upon arrival. Babies R Us shipped a second crib and it was damaged again. The damage was to the same piece and damaged the exact same way. Of course it was UPS's fault, odd thing is nothing was wrong with the box. Also, we returned an older crib to get a 25% discount on this crib. They would not honor the 25% discount after we received the damaged crib for the second time.

The bed is beautiful and very sturdy. I have absolutely no complaints about the bed. I am very unhappy with the service. I read all the reviews and was very weary about ordering the crib because so many people had problems with it coming damaged. But, my husband and I both have small cars and no way to transport it from the store to our home. So, I ordered the bed and had it delivered to our house. When it arrived, the box looked like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs and was ripped open at the top. To my dismay, when we opened the box, the sleigh piece of the crib was cracked in two.
I called Babies R Us and they said they would replace it but I had to take the crib to UPS. Of course, this was a major problem for us and why we had the bed ordered in the first place! Babies R Us would not come pick the crib back up that they had delivered damaged.
Then, our family gave us the matching dresser as a shower gift. We opened that up and the matching white dresser was brown even though the box indicated white! Again, we had to call Babies R Us and go through a huge hassle. Again, they would exchange it but we had to bring the dresser back to store, which we were not able to do with our compact cars.
I will never order anything from Babies R Us again in the future.

After ordering a crib via another website and it was delivered damaged, I was in a desperate search for a crib. I called Babies R Us and a woman suggested I try out this crib. I was very unsure as I hadn't heard of the crib before and it wasn't on Consumer Reports rating list. Left with no choice, I purchased the crib with a coupon. My brother and husband assembled the crib and it is perfect! Love the detail and it is SOLID. Withstood my husband's ans sister in law's shake. I WOULD reccomend this crib!

We purchased the crib and had it delivered to the store where we picked it up.
It was pretty easy to put it together, especially compared to the usual IKEA installs.
We had no problem with cracks or other defects on the crib. Some of the paint is a little less than perfect in some areas, but nothing signficant.
We haven't used the crib yet, but overall I would recommend the crib so far.

We received a damaged crib with missing pieces. The finish looked cheap, and we never even assembled the crib because it was missing 4-5 screws.

crib was sent with huge crack in the head board, 2 pieces missing from dresser, didnt even open 2nd dresser becasause we were afraid of what we would find. Company wasnt that helpful. furniture was cheap.

This crib appears to be of such low quality. The main piece in the back has a crack running the entire length of it, as did one of the front slats. It looked like it was primed and never painted; there were many sections that we could see the wood, where the paint had not been sprayed. It was not even white, but more of a cream. Also, there is yellow glue all along where the slats attach to the bottom piece. This crib is not worth your money...
