This product looked so awesome! It arrived with a 4 inch scratch on the front, and it does not come with a cleaning cloth. It says to use a damp cloth but then it leaves smears and after 10 minutes, the screen looked marred. I did like the brightness and potential of the toy (had it lived up to it) The paper tears and crinkles because of the difficult loading design in the back. Not worth the price. I was embarrassed at the birthday party for giving such a let down of a gift..I was even asked if it had come from a clearance section. Do not buy this item, wait until a better model comes out. I should have read the reviews. Lesson learned, for me and a let down for my grandaughter.

The markers don't show up well, hard to wipe off it just smears the marker all over the board. Wish I kept the box and my daughter didn't use the marker color the pages it came with cause I would of gotten my money back. Oh and markers will stain fabrics and clothes its in small print on instructions. Def a toy where u have to sit with them while they play with it

This unit had fingerprints on the inside of the screen making it impossible for the child to view his drawing. We had to return it.

The markers that come with the board are not as good as Crayola Gel 8-pack markers, to be used on dark surfaces, neon effects. Use moist wipe to clean, then dry wipe - kids learn that easily. Wonderful bright effects with the Crayola markers, available everywhere. Fisher Price would do well to partner with Crayola on this.

The board is a little heavy for small children's laps and after only 2 weeks, the markers have all dried out. I now have no use for the toy until I can find replacement markers. Also, you have to use a wet paper towel, which is not very easy for a small child to do alone. Not at all what I expected from this toy, which is very disappointing, as I was hoping this would be a great toy for them to play with in the car when it gets dark out.

My son loves this toy, but the markers have dried out and I have not been able to find replacement markers anywhere.

Not as bright as pictured. The markers are supposed to wipe off with a wet cloth, which doesn't happen easily - it mostly smears around and you have to wipe and wipe and wipe to get it all off, so it's not so easy for a little kid to do. The screen seems to scratch pretty easily after only having it a few hours it is starting to show. The drawer and the on/off switch are also a bit hard for little hands to use. Otherwise my kid likes it as long as I'm right there with a wet cloth to wipe in between each drawing for her. I just hope the markers last a while to make it worth it!
