Great product. My 18 month old niece loves it and figured out the right way to do things rather easily. I wish it would say thank you and show a sign of feeling better after medicine. Would've also liked a hole in the medicine bottle so she could use needle with it as well. She likes a happy baby :-) Love all the sounds and option. Sneezing, red cheeks, crying, heart beat and cough. Really good since her mommy is a nurse. Well made and easy to use.
