The Britax Boulevard 70 CS convertible car seat is designed for children rear facing from 5 to 40 pounds and forward facing up to 70 pounds. The Boulevard 70 CS achieves revolutionary head safety through the use of patent-pending Britax SafeCell Technology, integrated steel bars, and Versa-Tether that work together to minimize head excursion and reduce the risk of head injury during a frontal impact. The Boulevard 70 CS also incorporates Britax True Side Impact Protection, a Click & Safe Snug Harness Indicator, and HUGS. An easy access cover and access to belt paths from the front of the seat make it easier to install. It is also equipped with a five-point no-rethread harness, a quick-adjust head restraint, multiple buckle and recline adjustments, and a body pillow for comfort and infant positioning.

this is a good carseat and it easy to install. the only problem that I encounter on this order is when I ordering this carseat, it saying that there is a free Britax car seat travel cart, but when we received the carseat there's no car seat travel cart include i'd called the operator and they said there's no more cart available, my point is they need to check everytime there stock before they release some information in your website or maybe they just doing it as a propaganda so that the costumer will buy it, other thing is the price of the carseat was lower down after 1 week when we ordered it and I asked the operator if he can adjust the price and he said yes and we will receive a adjustment letter from them after 1 week but until now,,NOTHING.. need to call them again...very disappointed

Great product. My son is 6 months old and has outgrown his infant carrier. While I did to get a head support, he fit in the car seat nicely. It also takes up less room in the back seat than the carrier did.

Bought the Boulevard CS as a second car seat as we transition out of the infant carseat. Our Combi shuttle is still the primary seat since we can still use the carrier feature. But we used this for a recent roadtrip and our 8 mth old enjoyed the comfy ride and fell asleep just fine. Only problem was we had to move her while sleeping and she cried waking up. So we really missed the carrier feature to just move her in the carrier. Installation was not bad, but instructions could be improved since we had to figure things out that were not clear. We like the fabric that will not be too hot on warm days and love the Blueprint color that we chose. It fits just right in our SUV and we did a trial fit our sedan to make sure it would fit too. It is heavy but that is due to the steel bars and we are not carrying it around so that is not an issue. Overall, we would get this carseat again based on the safety features and our experience so far. The only other seat we considered was the Recaro, but the height was too tall for our sedan.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love this car seat! i feel very comfortable putting my daughter in it, not to mention the color and pint is beautiful.
Dont expect alot from the CS feature, its kind of a joke. Its hard to install and the directions dont help much but thats b/c of the regulations and you are going to have problems with all car seats.
The other thing I love about this car seat is that she threw up in it the 2nd week we got it and it was so easy to clean, did not have to take the whole thing out!!!!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It's very well made. All around protection so it really feels that my son is well protected sitting inside. The buckle/strap design is very nice and easy to use too. Now my son won't fuss about being buckled in. The fabric feels very nice and seems easy to keep clean. I am glad that I spent a bit more to buy the newer model. The only complaint is when placed in the middle seat, it really doesn't leave much space on both sides' seats. Oh, and it's made for toddler. Even for my son who is almost 13M, it still seems a bit too big.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
