Had to order the toy game thru the store. Charged to my charge account. When I received it I did not like it. Took it back to the Daytona store where I ordered it from for credit to my VISA account. They would not do it, store policy. It was not explained to me when I purchased it or I would not have ordered it...They gave me a store credit for the amount in the way of a credit card, (store only). I have no children and do not need any toys to play with. This was not explained to me when I ordered the game and they accepted my credit card, or I would not have ordered it in the first place. This is no way to treat a customer. Very dissatisfied with this action. No other stores I have dealt with all my life have I run into a situation like this. I cannot recommend your store under these circumstances. I now request you review this action at your level and make another determination whether I can get VISA credit? Appreciate your reply ASAP.
