After reading the reviews I thought "how bad can the instructions be?" . Well they are bad, who would have thought the 'left side' is on the left if you're viewing it from underneath the thing, would it have cost that much more to print up some labels to stick on the parts to ease installation? The lack of clear instruction made the install time take probably 50% longer than it should have as sI had to go back, undo what was already done, and redo the same work over again. Over all it took me almost 5 hours to build. Now sure how people are still working on it 4 days later, it's not that difficult to setup, wish clear instructions it would probably only take 2.5-3 hours. I just bought it yesterday so can't speak to the overall durability, but build quality seems pretty good, and my kids love it so far.

Would I buy it again? For the price, yes, it seems to be one of the better deals for your money.

Let me first start off by saying that it has been 4 days now and we still have not finished putting this thing together. The small screws and washers that you put into the "w" do not fit at all and it's painful trying to make them fit. I am returning this piece of junk!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING THIS!!

My husband and I bought this for our son (2 yrs) and nephew (3 yrs) yesterday. He and I spent two hours trying to build it, but we couldn't get the screws to screw in. We also couldn't get the holes to align...So we decided to just take a break and finish it the next day. We spent another two hours on it then decided to return it because it basically seemed impossible to put together...We bought a Sportpower 15 ft one for $267 that was super easy to put together and MUCH better quality. DON'T BUY THIS.

Ordered product July 14th, received product dumped on doorstep by UPS with the box torn up & taped up very roughly. Product had over a dozen pieces missing, when I called Toys R Us I was advised that a replacement will be sent out and I should return the product. I followed up a few days later, only to be told nothing was done and I need to call Bravo Sports. Well here I am almost a month after my initial order waiting on replacement parts. I am thinking of returning the product and shop elsewhere, this is rediculous.

We had this for a month and the zipper broke on the safety net door. Other than that, it's been great! The twins don't jump on the bed or couch any more.

We bought one of these about 5 years ago and it's still going strong! It's very sturdy and has a good bounce to it. The instructions, from what I recall, were a little confusing, but my husband and I figured it out and the kids have been using it ever since. Make sure you secure it to the ground somehow so a strong wind doesn't take it away (something I would recommend with any trampoline).

What kind of company sells a product that has directions a monkey wrote? This one.. The first problem was when assemblling the feet they only stated to have the leg with the bigger holes go on the right. If you don't set this up correctly the holes won't line up when you need to install the T brackets, needless to say you need to have it so the screws are installed from the inside. Oh the screws they give you to fasten the legs are 1/4 inch with lock washers that don't even fit right, not a safe way to install a support leg they should have supplied bolts.

Also they give you tons of flat washers that are beveled but nowhere in the directions does it ever state to install flat washers on bolt and nut, stupid.

Anyway it seems to be a decent product but I would not recommend this product to anyone, try and find a better product since we're spending so much money.

And I hope this company and toys r us read these reviews. As for toys r us i think you should stop selling this product. And for the company that makes this product you need to fire your product manager and maybe try assembling one of these yourself so you too can see how horrible your product assembly and directions really are.. Hope you go bankrupt and out of business.........

I purchased this for my 2 girls 4 and 7 and they are disappointed that first it took to long and that it's built like garbage....

We had the trampoline set up for 2 days yes 2 days. My kids used it only 1 out of the 2 days. The springs stretched and caused trampoline to dip. The tension in the springs and matt were horrible.

kids are little over 100 lbs each and took turns bouncing.

The assembly was easy, but figures were unclear.

Setup was quite easy and the directions explicit and accurate. The boys love it!

The product once put together is excellent. The directions are aweful. Small black and white photos hard to read. Easier to look at a color picture online to assemble. Took 2 people 2 hours.
