Made of soft to the touch materials, the Infant Insert is proud to be made in the USA. The Infant Insert is made of a BPA-Free and Latex-Free material that is peel and tear resistant. The Infant Insert offers antimicrobial protection and is impermeable to liquids. Easy to clean with warm water, the Infant Insert will withstand the messiest eaters.

A built in pommel and 3-point safety belt helps to keep your child seated properly. When used with the included tray with cover, the Keekaroo High Chair and Infant Insert are JPMA certified to the highest ASTM standards for children up to 3 years old.

Keekaroo's wooden high chair offers the safe seat your child needs during mealtime. The High Chair is ideal for children aged 6 months to 250 lbs. The High Chair includes a wooden tray with BPA-Free plastic tray cover, passive crotch restraint and 3-point safety belt. The Keekaroo High Chair is made with a low VOC, plant based lacquerer finish. It is JPMA certified to the highest ASTM standards for the safety of your child. I'm greatly disappointed with this product
First, it requires strength to install it. As single mom, I was having hard time assembling &holding the pieces together. Second, the side got chip off easily. We were movin the chair to living room &one small piece of wood chunk came off after hitting the wall. Finally the strap belt come loose easily if the child stretch on it. Risky! The wood quality is poor, the inner side corners appear soil with sticky bacteria after my child accidentaly spilled liquid on it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

He is 8 months old now, but he so badly was ready for food at 5 months, we sat him down and the infant insert kept him upright. His feedings can take some time, but he never complains b/c it is so comfortable. We even had to use it as a play chair while our house was having work done and he never complained. He just sits there the whole time. At restaurants, we have a "window" in those high chairs, but this one we keep just trying a little longer each time to let us clean or get dinner ready or even eat dinner. And then it cleans so easily.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
