    My sister bought this when my son was born and ever since he could crawl he has loved it! It is wonderfully stable and light weight so it can go anywhere. I love the basic design without all the frills. This is not meant to have all the electronic noises etc and that is great because our experience has been that those type give out too easily for our rough and tumble little one. Ours was purchased overseas so I am not sure if there are any differences between ours and this one, but I don't think so. My son is now 2 and it is still one of his favorite toys!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
