Comments about Sakar International Dora the Explorer Bedroom Doorbell:

Both my girls love the doorbell (ages 5 & 3). I bought it for my 3 year old for her birthday and of course the 5 year old now wants one. The doorbell itself is kind of loud, but I knew that prior to purchasing. If you close the door to the room that has the speaker in it, it's not that bad. The recording feature is neat, however it's not the clearest quality. You kind of have to be far away from the microphone to really sound clear, but you should practically yell if you're far away from it to have a clear message to be heard. I don't like the buttons being in the back to listen to the recorded message. I have mine taped to the wall using the command adhesive strips. Which obviously cover the back. You have to take the doorbell off the wall to playback the message. Those buttons should really be in the front. Overall they do like it and it is cute.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
