My kids got this as a Christmas gift. Wouldn't even turn on out of the box. If it did work I would have returned it anyways because of how cheap and flimsy it feels and looks. The person who got this for them also got one for their daughter too and it quit working after less than an hour of use. Exchanging for something different.

Very dissapointed with this product. I recently purchased the CD's so my daugher can start using it, and inmediatly the screen got ruined. Started to show lines on the screen so you can't read the lyrics. Microphone does not work :( we paid around 100 dollars for this piece of garbage!!!

if i can give less than one rating, i would have given that. total waste product. i just brought this yesterday. worked only 2 times and stopped recogniging CD / USB ,their website does not provide any info about thos model. i am going to return this.

Bought a Emerson for daughter 11 years ago and when it died this past year I replaced with this one that only lasted 6 months. It was never used by children just a grammy and papa who loves to sing.

Had fun while it lasted. It only operated 4 times and stopped reading the CD. Keep getting an Error message on screen No Dev then goes to E. Booklet does not describe this in troubleshooting. Thank goodness I got insurance on this product.
