    I bought this for a girl who is 7 years old. She hasnt used it long yet, but I've been fairly impressed. I used windows Media Player to sync music & the special downloaded software for videos. I've NEVER seen a faster sync! The controls and menu scrolling are pretty easy once you get used to them. It seems like its going to be a very nice media player for her to grow into.

    I bought this to replace another MP3 player that was stolen. I liked the look of this one and the features so I got it. I had a very diffcult time getting it set up, it wouldn't charge with the USB cable, but when I plugged it into my phone car charger (which just happens to work with the MP3 player) it charged. Once I did that, then it started charging with the USB cable. The sound quality is great, I like the fact that it has a micro SD slot. I have room for my music and for my audio books both. Dislike the fact that the product manual has to be downloaded from the SanDisk site. Controls are very very touchy, making it difficult to get to what you want to listen to.

        The touch pad is very hard to use. Sometimes it's super sensitive to touch and other times cannot get it to work at all. I have an older version with turn dial controls. I liked that one so much better. I like the color options for this model. The sound quality is great.

        Purchased for 7 yr old. She loves it. I had to buy different headphones because of her little ears. It was the best price & value. Plays great. Video quality is good. Would recommend for anyone looking for a low price good quality player.
