We recieved the product, and it works well. I was very disappointed in the fact that they have free to home shipping posted on their page, and we were charged 60.oo for shipping to our home.... how is that free?

We purchased this crib about a year and a half ago. My hubby assembled it and it took him about 2 hours. It is easier to take apart then to put together. It is beautiful, classy, and simple. It has survived one move and our daughter's teething. I am glad we chose this crib and would definitely recommend to others.

The website stated that the crib was available for in store pick-up and it was not. Once I went through several people the website now finally says that it is not available for in store pick up. I purchased the crib as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. The crib arrived damaged and then they had to haul it back to the store. When I tried to reorder it I was not given the same coupon discount that I had for the original order, so the crib cost me 20% more plus the headache of returning a broken crib.

I love this crib! And not only is it sturdy, but it's also beautiful. However, when it came time to switch it to a toddler bed, we realized that it didn't include the necessary items to convert it to a toddler bed! I don't know how to go about getting the siderails and whatever else we need either.

Excellent quality, sturdy, heavy crib. Beautiful wood color (espresso) and made very well. Very happy with purchase. Easy to assemble- lil heavy but I would prefer heavy/sturdy versus flimsy etc.
