Was so excited to order our first baby's furniture...it turned out to be a NIGHTMARE! Babies r Us originally stated the furniture would be delivered to my house in 4-6weeks. Received an email the next day to inform me that it was coming in 3 days, at anytime before 5 and no one could give me a more specific time frame. I requested an email, a text and a phone call when furniture would be delivered, needless to say, I did not receive any of the requested correspondence. The furniture came and the freight company left it on the curb,literally the curb as I, an 8 month pregnant woman, had to stand on the curb to watch/protect the furniture. My husband carried the 300 lbs of furniture into my apartment. When we opened the dresser, it was damaged. My husband contacted babies r us to inform them and request a new drawer and babies r us claimed that they could not speak to us because we were not the purchaser but the recipient (dresser was a gift).

The drawers have ample storage and I love the color and style of it. The problem is that the veneer on the top appears to be dimpling and coming apart after only 3-4 months of use. I'm really disappointed as I'd hoped the piece would last my son into adulthood. I don't often purchase furniture new, so I am sad to have one of the few pieces we own that is brand new looking damaged so soon.

Product comes in a 5x8FOOT crate- this is not noted ANYWHERE. Not an easy in store pickup!

We ordered this on a Friday online to be picked up in store. Following Friday was ready for pick up (w Christmas in between) so was timely. However went to take out of box and looked great But 2 of the pedestals were not attached. Screws were stripped out and literally not attached. Called bru, was told to package back up and bring back to store where they would order another.
I explained if I brought it back, was not ordering from same company. And the employees answering phone passed me around 3 times and were rude. Thankfully my husband was able to fix with some creativity and advice from
Carpenter. I don't think for the cost, anything should be wrong. Product is made in Canada but ships out of jersey. The pedestals did not get broken in shipment, again screws were stripped and clearly not attached. Disappointing. Really nice dresser, nice looking, drawers are nice but disappointed:(

We bought this dresser to use also as a changing table and we discover after only 2 months of use that the top, where the changing pad and also where we have picture frame, the finish is scratched off....bad. I don't know what we are going to do because when our daughter is no longer in diapers, we will not be able to display her dresser like we had planned, very disappointed and upset for the money we spent

The dresser came assembled. It looks nice. However, when we took it out of the box we noticed one of the rollers for the drawers was broken..We called babies r us to get replacement part to repair. They told us they could not help us and directed us to the manufacturer. You would think they would facilitate this for us since we are a client who is registered for thousands of dollars worth of items. Disappointing service.

This dresser came fully assembled, however, in being removed from the packaging, one of the feet fell off and needed to be re-glued and screwed. After the drawers were removed for it to be moved into my baby's room, a channel for one of the drawers broke off and will need to be re-glued and screwed. This dresser looks beautiful but I am extremely disappointed in the quality after the price we paid. The shipping alone brought the price up excessively. We will keep the dresser, only because Im due in 2 weeks and we dont want to throw it in my husbands truck to return it to the store.

We bought this dresser/changing table combo along with the matching crib and are very happy! We love the dark color and the dresser is very sturdy. This was already assembled because we ordered it online and picked it up in the store.
