We ordered the crib & 4 drawer chest for our tiny nursery in the store in May 2011. Used a 20% off coupon, which makes it an even better deal! Our stuff arrived in fine condition, no damaged pieces. I chose this collection because I like the medium brown and this is one of the few makers who has that color. It's very attractive and well made. Baby Cache was rated very highly in a consumer book on baby bargains, so I felt great about my choice. The crib is a beast to put together but I love it. The covnersion kits weren't availble for a long time after we bought but are now (6/13). Get it when you order the crib.

We were torn between this crib (Baby Cache Lifetime Essentials) and the Graco Lauren/Sarah. Baby Bargains rated Graco Lauren highly and it was much cheaper than this crib. After seeing two floor samples of the Graco Lauren with severely damaged headboards in the exact same places, we decided to give this crib a try.

We placed our order online and the crib arrived within 5 days of ordering! It was in perfect condition and extremely easy to put together. The finished product is sturdy and the quality is really good!!

Great convertible crib for the price. My son has used it for over a year and there is no noticeable wear anywhere on the crib. I love the simple look with just enough detail. Very sturdy. Very happy with my choice!

I CAN'T DESCRIBE THE PRODUCT, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE I (OR MY NIECE) CAN USE. DUE TO TWO, (YES, TWO) cribs being delivered DAMAGED. and the mess and hassle to get returned so I can now order a THIRD. OMG, some customer service people are helpful and most have not been. it is not all Toys-r-us, some of this mess is on UPS.
I am sooo frustruated, I don't know what to do.
any suggestions!!!

I ordered this crib and matching dresser and was very pleased with the quality. It is actually heavier and sturdier than the one I bought for my first child 3 years ago and I paid 3 times as much for the first one! I love the color and the design. However, I had to call about 3 weeks after ordering to check and find out why it wasn't in yet. TRU told me they had had it for a week or so but no one called me. So if you order it, call them weekly since they are not good about notification of things that come in. But it is a great set.

We ordered this crib and the matching dresser/changing table. It is a good middle of the road nursery set, good quality, but not too expensive. I was nervous about shipping damage after reading other reviews, but it arrived in good condition. The only damage was one of the dresser feet had been bumped and came loose in the box. There were no scratches or dents though, so we just reattached it with some wood glue and screws. You'd never know it. The crib didn't have any damage and was very easy to assemble It's a very nice looking set. Very happy with our purchase and the service we received at Babies R Us was awesome.

The very first piece we took out had a gouge in the wood. We took it back immediately(it was Wednesday, July 4th and they were open until 9:30 that day). They were very helpful in returning and ordering a new crib. They gave us 10% off of the price which was put onto a merchandise credit(totally fine, since we'll be buying more things from there). The woman at the service desk was going to call and see if we could get it on their next truck instead of waiting the 7-14 days. It arrived 2 days later on July 6th. We put it together that Saturday and there were no problems. Took my husband about 45 minutes from start to finish. Looks great! We have the matching combo dresser and are going to go back and get the other 5 drawer dresser to match.

I bought this in April of 2011 when I was pregnant with my son who was due in may. I did want to get the one with the rounded arch top but being that they couldn't get it for 8 weeks I settled on this one. I am sure happy that I did. I love this crib. It was easy to put together its safe and has great settings for the crib. My son loves it and still hasn't escaped it. The only thing I didn't buy was the toddler rail because it costs extra money. I am just going to buy a regular one that goes under the mattress. My son has slept in this crib since 2 months and it is his happy place. I love it because it was a tall crib.
