My husband and I bought this crib about a month ago. They said it would take between 7-14 days for it to ship to store, but only took about 5 days. We went and picked it up and my husband set it up that day. Took him about 30 minutes and he said it was very easy. The crib did not have a strong paint smell like some others are saying. There was no smell at all. There were stickers on the crib that did not come off very easy, but we bought some goo be gone and they came right off. As for actual use, we have not used it yet. My daughter will be here in a couple weeks but won't even be sleeping in it for another couples months. It seems like a very sturdy bed that will last a long time though. We also ordered the toddler rails, which haven't come in yet and we won't need for awhile but I was told to order them now since they may go out of stock by the time we need them. I thought about ordering the rails to convert the bed to a full size bed, but they were just too darn expensive. My husband said he will figure out a way to make them since they are basically just straight rails.
The only kind of negative I have is the fact that the crib went down $100 after we already bought it, but I am going to take my receipt in tomorrow to see if they will refund us.
I know this bed is clearanced now, but I highly recommend it. It is so beautiful and clean looking and I love it in our little girls nursery.

We purchased this crib and waited the week it took to get the product into the store. After picking it up from the store and getting it home, we proceeded to attempt to put the crib together. The very first piece to be assembled is the mattress base. On the crib we purchased the hardware did not line up with the previously drilled screw holes. We called the manufacturer and we were unable to get anyone on the phone. We had to leave messages on various voicemails. I was quite suprised and dissappointed that this company does not provide a better system for customer service. I did not feel comfortable putting my infant in a bed manufactured by a company that could not even provide someone to speak with directly on the telephone. I chose to return the product and purchase a crib manufactured by a different company. Just an FYI I still have not received a call from Baby Cache in regards to the messages I left (it has been 36 hours)

Babies R Us could not have been more accomodating through this entire experience. While I am very unhappy with Baby Cache, I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Babies R Us.

This crib was very easy to put together and very sturdy, good quality. The curved top is beautiful in the nursery!

Despite some of the negative reviews, we decided to go with this crib, as Baby Cache does have a good reputation. It turned out that the crib is absolutely perfect! It's very well packaged, in fact, too well. I gave this 4 stars because some of the foam packaging was stuck on the crib, so I had to take Goof Off to it in order to get it off...which took some of the paint off. It ended up being fine after I touched it up with white paint, and now you can't even notice it. Other than that, it's a great crib, and didn't take my husband long at all to set it up. We also bought the conversion kit at time of purchase, in fear we wouldn't be able to get it in a couple of years when we need it.

We own 2 of these cribs and absolutely loved them, only to find out now 6 months later there is NO CONVERSION KIT for them. We now have almost $1000 in 2 cribs and we will not be able to use them as intended!!! Would NOT recommend!!! :(

Front rail frame wasn't fully painted - a rough wood surface only lightly dusted with spray paint - looked black, not white. Side pieces had several places where it was obvious something rubbed against the paint when it was wet - noticeable marks. Not sure how this passed quality control in the factory?

Ordered this crib even though some of the reviews were less than perfect. My husband and I put the crib together within 45 mins with no problem. The hardest part was getting all the pieces out due to it being packed so well. Directions were easy to read. This crib is sooooo beautiful. I did not see 1 scratch, 1 dent, or 1 broken piece of wood and I have looked it over several times. I am very pleased with the crib and would purchase it again. Great buy with the 20% coupon.

Don't buy this crib! Or if you do, buy the conversion kit NOW because when you need to buy it, trust me, it won't be available! I not have a 4 in 1 crib that I cannot convert to a toddler bed because Babies R Us (the owner of Baby Cache) stopped making the conversion kit. I've contacted customer service several times, Baby Cache directly, and searched the web for hours, and it's not available, and they could care less. You're much better off with a more trusted brand that will be more concerned with customer care.

My husband and I purchased this crib for our newborn son. We absolutely love this crib, family and friends are constantly complimenting it. It is very sturdy, easy to put together, does not easily mark/scuff like other cribs we have seen in family/friends homes and not over priced like the other brands. My husband and I have no complaints and are extremely satisfied with this crib, so satisfied we bought the matching dresser.
