My husband and I spent the day putting together our nursery furniture. We saved the glider for last, thinking it was supposed to be good quality so it should be easy to assemble...man, were we wrong! The instructions were difficult to follow and the pieces were mismatched. Few of the wholes fit together, one of the arms was cut wrong, and the snaps wouldn't stay snapped. My husband was able to drill some new wholes and find a way to get the cushions to stick, but had we not just been through several hours of furniture assembly we would have returned it. Major disappointment!

We ordered this chair because it seemed like a great compromise between price and quality. We didn't want to spend a fortune on something we wouldn't use in the baby's room forever.
Unfortunately, when the chair arrived, we had a similar experience to other reviewers. We tried to assemble it but we had parts from two different chairs, presumably some from this model and some from the next model up. The cushion for the back of the chair has little "buttons" that were already broken. We called customer service, who said they would contact the manufacturer and get us the correct parts. Several weeks later (after our baby had been born and we needed the chair), we received a box that had some replacement parts, but they were still incorrect and were poor quality!
Frustrated and not wanting to mail such a big box, we took everything back to the brick-and-mortar store. In the end, we bought a chair from another store. I would NOT recommend this chair or this company to others.

I like this rocker a lot. I must have tested a ton of gliders in the store and ended up registering for this one sight unseen. It seems much more durable than the ones in the store. The price is pretty good as well. Only thing is sometimes it makes a small knocking noise when rocking. I am not sure why this is. I just lock the glider and then unlock it and that seems to stop the sound. It is NOT a loud sound though and it does not interrupt the rocking at all. I would have loved a rocker that was a bit easier to put together, but overall this one is nice. Good for the price. Especially since the price of these things gets insanely high.

I looked around at glider/ottomans for about a month before finally deciding to order this one. I felt that it was the best product for the price, and liked the style. I placed my order on May 13th, and when I receievd the confirmation, it stated that the item was in-stock, and would be shipped within 2-3 business days, and would arrive between 5/18-5/24. 5/24 came, and according to the order tracker, it still had not been shipped. After several calls to Customer Service, I was assured that it would be shipping within the next couple of days. They refunded my shipping cost and issued a 10% credit for the inconvenience, which was nice. The product finally arrived on 5/30/12, and my husband and I were excited to put it together. We took everything out of the box and began to assemble it. We didn't make it past the first step! It appears that the main piece, which is the seat base, was for the next Oeko model up (with the locking mechanism), while everything else was for the Cassidy model, so NONE of the holes matched up. We called Customer Service that evening, and it took about 2.5 hours before we were able to speak with a Supervisor about the issue. After another hour on the phone with him (he was really the only polite, competent person I have ever dealt with there), a new rocker is on the way (completely different brand, as I refused to have anything from OEKO sent to me again). Although this product appear nice, I would advise you to not waste your time because after waiting 3 weeks, I still have no working glider.

Great chair we love it!! Love the pockets on the side. I wish the seat part was a little wider. I'm not a big person but it's just nice to have a little bit more space. Overall it's a nicely made chair.

Glides great at a very inexpensive cost. Espresso wood matched perfect with our espresso nursury funiture from babaies r us as well.
Material is tan as described. Very comfortable.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this glider and ottoman set. It makes feeding and evening soothing time go SO much easier. The chair assembly was VERY easy. It's been 2 months and it still acts/works the same as it did from the first day we used it.

We purchased this product with a gift card we got at one of our showers. The order confirmation gave me a projected date of arrival at my house... When that date came, the order status said that the item had not even left the warehouse! I called to inquire and was immediately refunded my shipping. A couple of days later, a representative from the furniture company (Oeko) contacted me to let me know that I'd be getting an upgraded version (the Reagan) instead of the Cassidy "for my trouble." About a week and a half after all of this (a MONTH after I placed the order) the glider arrived. It was NOT the upgraded Reagan glider, as promised - it was the Cassidy - oh well. Before realizing that mistake, my husband had all the pieces out and was attempting to assemble this glider. BUT, there was no allen wrench in the box! Luckily, we have many, many tools around the house and have our own set of allen wrenches! So he, again, began to assemble the glider - BUT (yes, again) he quickly realized that the holes on the frame of the bench/seat were not aligned so as to fit properly... He attempted to put one screw through the misaligned hole, but it stripped the screw! At that point, I was fed up (after waiting a month to even get A (any) glider, essential pieces missing (allen wrench), and the thing not even fitting together properly (in order to fix the above mentioned problem, my husband would have had to drill another hole in the bench/seat frame) and returned the blasted (not the word I want to use) thing! It's sitting in my living room waiting for someone to come pick it up as we speak...

I looked for a very long time for a glider. I asked around, tried them out in the store, and finally decided on this one. I was a little nervous because I was buying it without trying it out, but I am glad I got it! It is comfortable, quiet, and great for nursing or reading to my older child. I wouldn't mind if it was a little bigger, but it is still a nice size and actually doesn't take up too much space. I like it!
