This Youth Basketball System features a portable base that fills with sand or water for stability. The system rolls for easy mobility and can be moved with ease to a different residence. Weather-resistant, high-impact polyethylene plastic and powder-coated steel construction allow for lasting durability. The Polyethylene plastic and powder-coated steel materials offer high-impact, weather- and rust-resistant performance. It features an orange 15" solid steel rim with steel braces stands up to punishing games, telescoping pole offers easy height adjustment from 5.5' to 7.5' in 6" increments and a 32" blow-molded high-density polyethylene playing surface withstands heated competition.

        I purchased this item online for my 6 year old who has started to show interest in basketball. He'd gotten too tall/big for his lil' toddler sized hoop so I decided to upgrade him for Christmas. I looked online at various stores and different styles and finally decided on this - reviews looked favorable. My son was excited when he opened the box on Christmas day and my husband took less than 2 hrs to assemble the goal all by himself. He said the instructions were pretty easy to follow and all in all we give it two thumbs up! Now we just have to figure whether we want to fill the base with sand or water.

          Very pleasantly surpised with this purchase. I didn't expect it to look so real. I thought it was more for little kids but it's perfect for my 6-yeard old and even the older kids in the neighbrohood love to play with this hoop. I love that it can be adjusted and has wheels to easily move back & forth. Great deal, espcially because I got it on sale!

                        Needed a basketball goal for my 6 year old who likes to shoot baskets, but the full size goals are too big/tall. For him to learn to shoot correctly (and successfully) this was the perfect size for him. Easy to put together. Only negative thing is I wish the backboard was a tad bit larger. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with this and so are my boys (age 6 & 4).

                        This is perfect for what we were looking for...My son is 4 1/2 and daugther 7 and it is a good compromise for both to play together. my son can easily get a basket with room to grow. We move ours in and out of our garage. To stablize it, we bought a 50 lb sand bag and it keeps the it stable even when my husband and I shot with the kids.
