My son is now 3 months old, hence I have been using this warmer for 3 months as it was given to me at my baby shower... To be honest, I don't even know where to start!!! "Seriously"

Lets start with the cleanliness of this machine. The water cartridge can not be cleaned effectively because of the tiny whole that's at the bottom, so if any milk/formula spills in the warmer then it just sits and festers inside the cartridge!!

Then the area where the cartridge is held is also difficult to clean, as well as the inside of the warmer. All and All the entire warmer is "very difficult to keep clean"

Moving on... The timing, there is absolutely no consistency in the time you need to warm your baby's bottles. Like I stated before I've had this warmer since my son's been born, so for 3 months, using a few different sized bottles it never warms the bottle the same as before as if the warmer works at it's full potential once in a while! "So Annoying"

Last but not least, the bottom piece of the warmer once you move up to your 8oz bottles is very inconvenient! I use the Playtex Nurser bottles "which I love" with the drop in's. And every single time, that stupid bottom piece holds onto the bottom of the bottle which is extremely inconvenient if you have a hungry, crying, newborn in your arms and only really have one hand to work with!!! Not very mom friendly at all!!! And it does say you can use other bottle besides the Dr. Brown's so I expect to be able to do just that!!!

All and All I "HATE" it... and I don't use that word often!!! but that's how strongly I feel about this product!!!

I'm just going to spend the money and get another warmer since it is too late for me to return it! Yes! that's how much I hate this warmer, I am about to spend extra money on a new one!!!

I've had it!!!!

Don't waste your money!!!

We bought this because we are adopting and will be living out of a hotel for a week. We will be plugging this into our car outlet on the road as well for when we stop to feed baby. I have tried this several times to see if it is consistent with warming temperatures. I am extremely pleased with it. It has a quick guide on the back of the warmer for setting the time depending on ounces and type of feedings whether it is breast milk or formula. There is an option to use the last settings used for time memory. If you follow the time recommendations, the temperature is just right over and over again. Life will be easy with this product.

I used this bottle warmer everyday (4-6 times a day) since my daughter was born almost 6 months ago. It does warm the bottles up quickly. The bottle can get very hot....but the milk is the right temperature. It is a good warmer. But it is very hard to clean because of the plastic grates at the bottom of the warmer and and the water well is hard to clean. Sometimes milk leaks out the bottle and it spills into the warmer. I try to clean it well, but there is milk residue left over. Now, when I take the bottles out of the warmer it smells like spoiled milk. I rinse and clean it and its a little better. But I can't completely get rid of spoiled milk smell. If it wasn't for this problem, this warmer would be great. Just try not to leak milk in the warmer and you should be fine. Instead of buying another, I am going to do the old school way, just boil water and warm the bottle in the hot water.

I have always warmed my son's bottles. He makes terrible gulping sounds when he drinks a cold bottle and honestly he just prefers his bottles to be warm. I didn't think I needed a bottle warmer at first and so I didn't register for one. At first, I would warm his bottles in a crock pot, but when I noticed milk residue in the crock pot and an ounce had disappeared from the bottle, I panicked thinking about if that disgusting water was getting into his bottles!! I finally bought this bottle warmer because he used Dr. Brown's wide neck bottles (although I think you can use most bottles) and I'm SO glad I did! The bottles are VERY hot at first, but the milk is the PERFECT temperature! I just use a paper towel to grab the bottle out and to wipe the steam off. Just a heads up: do not touch the top of the warmer while it is on! Learned that the hard way... it gets HOT! Also, if you pick it up, I've noticed some water will leak out. But I just dump it over a sink... problem solved. I have not had any problems with mold yet like some others were saying.

I like it fine... It warms bottles quickly and is easy to use. However, mine has started getting a dark colored build up where the water bottle plugs into the warmer. That is not an easy place to clean and it makes me wonder what is all behind the intake opening that I can not get to!

I selected this warmer for the convenient water well (multiple uses before refilling) and because it would turn off after the set time ran out. Unfortunately I had to return it after two of my Medela bottles were warped by the warmer. I followed the instructions for the proper amount of time; the milk came out barely warm but the bottles were painfully hot. If it gets hot enough to warp the bottles I can't imagine one should be heating breastmilk at those temps either. I will be sticking to a cup of warm tap water for now and may spring for a more expensive brand that swirls warm, not hot, water around the bottle if I get tired of the tap water method.

Good product, gets no dirtier than any other warmer I've used (all need cleaning once in a while), does not work great with tommeet bottles, they are too wide and does not let steam escape, but I guess you can say it will heat them, just watch them closely. Love the water reservoir feature, though it could be a bit bigger, lasts less than a day for us. We use Avnt bottles and works great, no real complaints. I've seen others complain on variation of temp each use, from my experience this just depends on if you let the bottle sit after it beeps, take it out exactly at 0:00, or when it beeps (obviously if you let it sit it will continue to heat until the unit itself cools completely, duh - also, make sure there is enough water to heat because the unit will shut off if there is not enough to complete the cycle, does this to prevent overheating).

Would recommend for sure vs a unit that requires water filling each use.

we use this all the time to warm bottles. We make bottles up for the day for our twins and store in the refrigerator then take a bottle out to easily warm up at each feeding. It's super easy and convenient to use.

The product heats the bottles in completely different way when the little water tank is full than when is almost empty. The more the tank gets empty the hotter the bottle. It makes it very hard to figure out the right timing each time. It also appears very clearly to deteriorate its functioning very quickly.

I take the chance to say, I bought the "Dr Brown" brush for cleaning the bottles and in less than two months it's already falling apart...

Would have loved this!! Looked and looked for a great bottle warmer, and was excited to get this one, but found out it won't take our Tommy Tipee bottles. Product says it will take wide mouth bottles, but unfortunately not these ones. Sad to return it.
