My son was always imitating my husband when he mowed the lawn, so we decided to get him one of these this year. He was so excited he didn't put it down for weeks. I love the fact it doesn't take batteries and you can remove the leaf blower part. My son has had hours and hours of enjoyment with this mower. He even makes his own sounds with it. It does tip over easily, but other than that, we love it! I did my homework before buying this one and wanted to make sure it spun and moved easily on the grass(compared to a different brand that makes bubbles and is harder to push). Overall, this was the best toy purchase!

The first time we purchased a Step 2 product was when our twin grandsons were born seven years ago . . . we purchased the water/sand/unbrella box and picnic table, several others I can't remember at this time . . . they were 2 years old when we bought these items for them . . . they have used them faithfully every year since. A tradition began . . . since two of our other children have had kids we have purchased the same items for these other grandkids as well. We've purchased several other smaller items as well and the kids love every one of them (the parents love them too!) As I mentioned earlier -- all items purchased so far are durable and great fun! We have no regrets whatsoever!!

Thank you Step 2 for making products even these old grandfolks are proud to give to our love ones!

very realistic. my 18 month granddaughter loves it. she likes the blower that can be removed. she can take it off and put back on by herself.

My son loves this toy! He walks around the house "mowing" all the time. He likes the noises and the movements the toy makes. The snap-on blower makes it perfect for my son who likes to imitate his daddy working in the yard.

i like the quality of step 2 products, i didn't like that the blower came off all the time pretty much rendering the lawn mower useless.

I would give this mower three stars but my son would give it five. He loves it and plays with it every day! He takes it everywhere and it's held up really well. He's learned that if he takes the blower off, the mower moves easier. He doesn't spend much time using the blower. I think it's because the knob to turn the blower moves and this makes it hard to grip and turn. The mower is a lot smaller than what the picture shows. He'll out grow it long before his bubble mower at the grandparents. Not a bad buy but not what I expected.
