So when I got it it was the 12 month and older box. This would have been fine had my daughter been that age. So I called and I explained that I specifically got it here because I couldn't find it anywhere else for 9month olds. She was very nice and sent me the order again free of charge and it was the SAME 12 months . Now I have 10 boxes of cookies waiting for her 12 month bday so she can finally eat them .

I purchased three boxes of Earth's Best "Teething" Biscuits for my 24 month old granddaughter because she loves them, and we hand't been able to locate them in the stores. However, I didn't receive the original order. When I notified you that I didn't receive the order, I was informed it would be replaced at no cost to myself. When I got the replacement order, there were two things wrong. 1). There was only one box of biscuits, when I originally ordered and paid for 3 and 2). I ordered Teething Biscuits for Infants and I received Toddler Biscuits for babies 12 months and older. Luckily, my granddaughter is older than 12 months and she likes the Toddler Biscuits also. However, I kept thinking, what if my granddaughter had been 7 or 8 months old, and you sent me biscuits for infants over 12 months old. By the time she would have been able to eat them their expiration date probably would have passed. Subsequently, I did not have a great experience with this order. I've ordered other items online from your stores without a problem, and my granddaughter did like the Toddler Biscuits, which is the only reason I stated that I would recommend to a friend.

I bought these because they were out of Mum Mums. These are good and my son loved them, but they made a total mess! Became a dried paste all over the chair, table, clothes and hands. Will throw the box out - not worth the mess.

I bought the Gerber bitter cookies for my daughter because shes been biting on everything and everyone lately. With 2 bites she bit off more than half the cookie!! I grabbed these Earths best ones and she loved them!!! Once cookie can last her over an hour. It gets all over the place, but thats ok =).
