        After the first karaoke machine she got for this last christmas didnt work, we decided to upgrade, twice. This particular upgrade still didnt work for even 5 minutes. It started turning itself off and then wouldn't even open to get the CD back out. Thankfully Toys r Us upgraded us to a product that does work. Unfortunately my daughter had to wait over 2 weeks past Christmas to use her present.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                  Ordered 2 online and both were defective. Microphones faded in and out. Sound system defective. Will never order online for Christmas through Toys r Us again. To return it to the store you only get store credit and this item is a online order only. They are handling the return and will credit my account, but it doesn't help when you have no gift for the grand kids under the tree.

                  Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
