The aspirator is the best functioning one we could find, but it's definitely no where near as good as the one the hospital gave us. We use it as a back-up, and it works OK. I really wish we could buy the hospital grade ones, they're the best. Three stars for the aspirator.

However, the saline drops are worth having on hand. I was skeptical about the effectiveness of salt water, but it really does work well at breaking up mucus. We keep extra packages of saline drops on hand at all times. Five stars for the saline drops.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This is the best nasal aspirator out there. I can't tell you how many times this has come to our rescue in the middle of the night. Another great thing about the aspirator is that there are two pieces to it, so you can clean it really well. The nasal drops work really well in combination too!

Great aspirator! Finally found this one and it works easily. Not a big fan of the nasal spray but it works well too, i just prefer the can spray because its easier.
