This gets fairly well, but not perfect. It takes about 30 min to get 4 oz warm enough for my daughter to reluctantly eat. It takes about an hour to get as warm as she likes it to be. I wish this would warm up quicker.

We used this bottle warmer on our first trip with our 4 month old by airplane. It worked great as soon as we got through security we would wrap up the bottle and then wait for it to get warm. It does take a little while for the milk to get warm but we already knew this from reading the other reviews and worked around it. It kept the milk warm for a long time, sometimes longer than 12 hours. We used the 8 oz Doctor Brown's Bottles and it worked just fine.

Forgot to mention- this works best with the larger Avent bottles, but I have used it with our Dr.Browns as well, and it works just as good.

It says it can take up to 30 minutes to heat but i think it takes about 15. It does not matter to us as we put in the next bottle just to be ready as soon as we are done with the last as the warmer works continuously. We have noticed that if you want it to work faster, squish on the warmer part more, but it won't last as long then. (Still at least 6-8 hours) Not sure if this is what they call safe, but my husband used to do the same with his military MREs.

This warmer is awesome! I have used this three times so far, and I can't imagine going out without it. We do save it for days we know we will be out longer than 1-2 feedings or won't have an opportunity to get warm water since the refills are somewhat pricey, but it is SO worth it. (This from a mom who won't buy formula or diapers without a coupon.)

My husband watches our son a lot by himself and it relieves a lot of stress on him because he will put the bottle in the warmer before he leaves the house and the second he needs it, it's ready to go. We do use powder formula, so we are only warming the water, but I have used it once with breastmilk, and it worked just as well.

We took our daughter out for her birthday and it was still going strong after 10 hours of the aquarium, travel time, dinner, and a winery tour.

This is definitely the best warmer for moms who need a warm bottle while out, espescially those with other children.

I LOVE this product. I used on my last airplane trip with my little guy and it was a lifesaver so now I have started using it at the mall and at baseball games. You do have to allow it to heat for about 15-20 minutes so just start your bottle a bit before feeding. This is the only warmer I have found that works when I am out and about. It is a lifesaver.

It's a great product that allows you to warm bottles on the go. The packs last 12 hours, so you really need 1 a day when you're traveling by plane, car, or just out of the house. Fits most standard bottles and you can by refills once you get a starter kit. I recommend!

I bought this product online for a trip to Puerto Rico and it was horrible. I left the warmer on the bottle for an hour and it was still cold. I'm very disappointed because I travel a lot with my 6 month old and I was very excited to find something for travel.

It was horrible and a waste of my money!

Since I have a baby that is exclusively formula fed, ensuring his bottles were at a heated temperature when on the go was as must - and proved to be extremely difficult. I tried bringing hot water with me, but it would usually leak. I tried heating the bottle in advance but it would always loose its heat when i needed to use it. I would often ask for boiling water when at the mall or on the plane but the cups were never big enough to hold the bottle and/or once my son was big enough, he would try to make a grab for the boiling water. This product has served us well not only while traveling (i.e. plane rides) but in "real" life. Because the warmers last for HOURS, i was able to keep the water warm and add the formula when he was hungry ... even if that was five hours after we left the house. I never had to worry about spillage or mess or burning me or my child. If you travel with your little one, this warmer is a must.

I would recommend this product to any parent who uses a bottle.
