I bought this for my daughter when she was 1, before she could walk. She loved it and was able to scoot around the house. She used it until she was 3 and got too tall. Now my 1 year old son uses it all the time. Loves it. He chases after his big sister. He can get on and off by himself and loves popping wheelies.

Used indoors on smooth flooring and carpet.
Pretty and cute, nice music.
Wheels do not roll....
My daughters feet get stuck under the front area and her heals always hit/bump the back wheel area on every ride....
Toy just sits b/c it's uncomfortable for my daughter to use...
Would not buy again and DO NOT recommend shelling money out on this ride on.

The wheels go over their feet when they scoot.
There isn't enough space between the wheels for kids to really push themselves. My daughter's feet kept banging into the back wheels. Music botton doesn't work all the time, you need to shake the horse.

I purchased this pony for my granddaughter who hasn't even been born yet so it will be awhile before I could comment on how sturdy the pony is or how well balanced, etc. I can say that the music is soft and gentle. This baby is being born into a horse riding family & the pink pony was just too cute to pass up!
