      I use this on my son every time I change his diaper and he has never had diaper rash- he is almost 8 weeks old. It has no smell and absorbs easily. I love it and will continue to use it. We were using Desitin and our pediatrician actually recommended this instead.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I LOVE this stuff! My baby had a nasty diaper rash as a result of thrush and her pediatrician prescribed Nystatin and told me to alternate between that and Desitin. The rash kept getting worse and the Desitin made my baby smell AWFUL! Even after bathing her I could feel the residue of the Desitin on her skin and had to wear gloves to put it on her because I couldn't get it off my skin either! A friend recommended the Boudreaux's and I quickly fell in love! After switching to this, her diaper rash cleared up in less than 48 hours after fighting it with the script for almost three weeks! It doesn't stink like the Desitin and washes off much easier too. It has the same active ingredient so I don't know what the difference is but I'm hooked!

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          I use this product when my son gets out of the bath or has a diaper rash. This ointment clears it up better than anything else I have tried!
