                First it took a long time to receive my item and then I was sent the wrong thing. When I contacted customer service they lied and said they would email me when the correct item would be sent. I waited several days and when I heard nothing I called back and was told the item I wanted was out of stock. Customer service was terrible I was put on hold for at least a total of an hour. They were rude and not helpful. I am stuck with an ugly bag that I did not order. I will never order from there again!
