    so. the very first time i used the mic with just the karoak it worked fine. tried using it again no sound whatsoever from the mic, the master volume worked fine but nothing from the mic. so i tried pluggin it into my tv. again the mic worked the first time this way as well. tried it again and NO SOUND FROM THE MIC AGAIN!!!!!!!. what is this a one time use mic. extremely upset and so is my 5 year old who loves to sing and was so excited to be able to sing from perry. if i could give it no stars i would. the sound from the master volume is perfectly fine but that mic just wont work.

    This is great for my 6 yr old. From day one this little perry has been playing like crazy. The echo is pretty cool. Great if your kiddo can remotely sing. Probably bad if they sound like, well, you know because if they like to sing then it will be loud. The sound is not that of an actual karaoke machine. This is just for kid fun.

        We bought this for our 6 year old daughter's birthday and she absolutely loves it!! She plays with it daily and it helps her with her reading skills. It is very easy to use and our daughter picked it up quickly on how to use all the buttons. Just make sure when buying cd's for this that it is a CDG karaoke cd. So the words will play on the tv. If it's not a CDG cd then it will still play in the machine but the words will not appear on the tv. We would recommend this product to everyone!!

            My 4 year old son absolutely loves this toy! It turns him into a little rock star and he uses the microphone to sing and entertain the whole family. The sound quality is very good and set up was simple. Great product and fun for the whole family!! We also purchased the Phineas & Ferb guitar to enhance the overall experience, lot of fun
